It is very precious to share memories with your loved children, however I believe that the couple needs it's moments😊 cause if they not, then they will break apart and everyone in the family will be unhappy. The couple is the foundation of the family , so they need to maintain their relationship first of all.
So I worked in physical therapy as well as recreational therapy with seniors with dementia. I feel like you could also question , why would we do activities or go on outings with these seniors who are gonna forget it?
A quote that stuck with me and I think relates to children as well was "they may not remember your name but they'll remember how you made them feel."
I had so many seniors who would light up and get so excited to see me ask how I was doing and just so happy but they never remembered my name or even what I did with them the day before. But they knew I cared, that, humans do not forget.

I cannot agree more 😃😃 I love to see the joy in my daughter's eyes everytime we come up with new ways to play in whatever she shows interest. I love to take millions of photos and videos and make slideshows out of them and she LOVES to watch them. It makes great memories for the future and cozy snuggles in the present 😄😄
