If bob vila is Cuban & grew up in Miami. How he speak so clear his English..I know lots of Cuban with Spanish accent ...also in Miami 90% of the population talks Spanish.
Because he and everyone eles have to make a choice to be ignorant the rest of their life or successful or at least learn the language they’re living in. Btw this same goes for all minority communities in US like China town, fillipine, Italy, Mexican , South American, Haitian etc
