I didn't mention it in the video, but this is one of the first sleight of hand routines I ever learned (as a teenager many moons ago.) "Stars of Magic" was one of my first 'real' magic books and Vernon's "Cutting The Aces" has been a part of my repertoire (in one way or another) ever since. Here's hoping future students finds this info as inspiring as I did all those years ago.
Also, while I'm here, out of curiosity, does any perform Vernon's Ambitious Routine from Stars of Magic? Just curious :)
I've heard a few different acr but not Vernon's. I'll have to look it up!
