First time I’ve seen regular white glue used for flex-track. Call it a light-bulb moment for me, since it’s going to be ballasted and hardened anyways. I’ve been using LiquidNails Foamboard adhesive, which holds great, but I have to be very careful about how thin/thick I spread it and it’s not always available at the hardware stores these days. Elmers glue works perfectly fine! Ive used it on bachmann, kato, peco, and atlas track! just spread it evenly, dont use too much! It comes up very easily, and is strong enough to keep the track down. Trust me, try a test piece if youre not 10000% convinced
