- Here is a tutorial on how to install Biltwell Keystone 1" Handlebars on a Harley Sportster 883. You can follow this method on a Harley 48, Harley 883, Harley 1200 and lots of other bikes that have a 1inch bar. I will put a link down in the description where you can pick these up! I hope you like the video and learned something new! Make sure to leave a like and hit that subscribe button for more videos! That was super awesome. Thanks and keep ‘em comin’!
I put those handlebars on. I returned them the same day. They are the most uncomfortable handlebars I’ve ever had. They are super awesome looking but that’s about it.
Did you have to do anything to the cables to make them fit thanks
Really nice. Thanks brother.
Great video, I know it’s an old one but good one. I noticed your gas cap, what is it and where can I find it?
I have an 883 as well and I want to do all the stuff you did to your bike
Looks great man!
I want to put these on my Kawasaki Vulcan S.
Even know your installing this on a harley I still fill like it will be very helpful to me when I tackle mine.
Great how to!
Tristen, You sound like you know what your doing, so I thought I would ask. I am an older guy(arthritis) I have forty eight I never cared for the apes, so I been thinking beach bars or speedster pull backs with a riser, I have noticed that the beach bars fit the forty eight as well as the slim and Harkey made a set of four " curve backs that I would like to put on the forty eight. Would you happen to know if they are a fit? Thanks ahead of time,Mike
Nice dude!!
How much did bars raise up from stock height? Looks about a inch, looks badass!!!!! Thanks in advance
If someone wants to use old grips and you said the left grip is glued how do you remove it?
nice vid...looks good...too bad there isn't more play in the wiring to tie them down to the bars
Sick bro
I thought you said you put nail polish those screws, how you did that? after or before tight them down
apply to the screw before you insert it
What brand/kind mirrors you have
How much mileage & power loss after that big rear upgrade?
Cool!
Awesome
Should I put thread locker or nail polish on the bolts?
neonclown2727 nail polish would work fine as well.
Yo so I just put some of these on my sportster but the break line coming right out of reservoir was to short to get front break on. How’d you do it?
Just ran into this issue myself on my 12' 883. Trying to get a brake line kit to make it bigger. No other option as I see it.
very nice air filter!
Adriano Quirino Thanks! Looks great and works great as well!
Nice
you didn´t put the wires inside the handlebar??
There out of stock anyway you can provide me with another link exactly with the ones you got
did you have to change or extend the cables?
Lester Jan Pearson cables are pretty tight, although everything still works as it should. Have put on almost 2k miles with it and have had no problems!
Tristen Jourdan do you lean more than the stocks or sit upright?
Lester Jan Pearson You lean a little more than stock.
Good
Is it uncomfortable when riding long distances with these bars?
Jeremy Childress The furthest I have rode with these bars is around 200 miles round trip. I thought they were fine and felt great!
Tristen Jourdan Cool
Thank you
How much higher then stock are they? I’m 6-4” I need higher bars I like these
yah did't ha\/e to take your whole throttle apart, loosen up screws, remove your bars and slide the whole throttle assembly off and just slide on other bars before you put bars back on bike. the whole assembly will slide right off and slide back on other bars. taking it all apart like that is pointless. just saying.
I know I figured that out after looking at it. much easier.
Are they 6 inch high
Taylor Day They have a 5 inch center rise
Damn
Those bars look SICK as fuk!!
The front brake produces 70% of a bikes braking power…
Don't invite that same guy to record any more!
