UA-cam suggestions are improving, because I just found this randomly and am amazed that you revived the original DS song… even though the one sound effect will forever be lost, especially since it’s not even in it’s DLC return(the sound is when you enter the pinball machine for moving on to the next lap/completing the course/the starting area)!!! Gone, but not forgotten! It’s admittedly still incredible that the course itself came back, but the true nostalgia was missed by Nintendo itself.
That sound is in the MK7 and the Tour versions

No, I don't believe the cannon command works for Bedrock.
I am unfamiliar with Bedrock and its commands, so I cannot tell you if there is a similar command, sorry.
