Chicken soy sauce
Spinach
Chicken leg/breast, boneless.
Oil for pan fry
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce OR 1 to 2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup of water
Garnish is optional
Boiled egg and tomatoes
