Dizem que todos os músculos de corpo são empenhados durante a natação, que o consumo de oxigénio está ótimo e tal que, e tal que… No entanto, nenhum deles diz nada sobre os benefícios excecionais da natação para o desenvolvimento de habilidades intelectuais, daqueles que costumam nadar. Confundido? Então, tenho que explicar este assunto. Uma boa recreação de natação dura cerca de uma hora. Uma hora de movimentos harmoniosos dos braços e das pernas, de olhar para a linha no fundo da piscina e de luta contra o afogamento, dá-te um monte de tempo para pensar sobre as coisas sérias. Ali, na água, estás sozinho, com si mesmo, e portanto consegues pensar mais claro e mais profundo. Então, estás por uma hora num ambiente maravilhoso para desenvolver as suas células cinzentas. Vamos saltar para a água para sermos mais inteligente! 😎
