Good day.One thing to always remember.Always maintain proper form.Also,use a weight that you can control.If the weight is too heavy,it takes away from having proper form.And not having proper form,can hinder your results,and slo lead to injuries.Just some reminders.God bless🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏿
@ well it’s been happening to me lately and since you have been working out for a while I thought I might ask for some advice on how you might have treated that in the past since it’s a common thing to a lot of people.
Honestly I found out that you don’t have to be sore to see progress or know u had a good work out it only comes as u being sore when you try something new
@@mahkie24 well that’s the thing it’s not a soreness pain it’s like some sort of pain as if I was punched in the bicep like a injury and I was just making research on it and it could be something called bicep tendinitis which is super common to many people just hope it does not happen to you on some point because it hurts like a B

Yo brother have you had bicep pain on one side of the arm while the other feeling normal in the past after doing a bicep curl workout?
No not really I usually don’t feel pain in both
