I don't think so because the Uchiha aren't stupid and would recognize that it is them vs the entire village. It's not exactly a winning matchup given that they have to fight the entire leaf ANBU, plus the Hyuga, Akimichi, Nara, Yamanaka, Aburame, Inuzuka, and so forth in order to take over the village. With that logic, it's a no-brainer that they would need the Nine-Tails if they want to secure victory.

After Danzo dies there's nothing stopping them from implanting Sasuke eyes back in his head unless Danzo used them for Izanagi.
