Yes and no. That is not entirely true. It was never shown in manga, anime, or databook, but it was shown in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution during a cutscene that he could stop time and rewind it to some extent. The amount of time that can be rewinded, though, is debatable, as to how it exactly works. I would say he could stop time and rewind closer to 2-4 seconds each, more likely based on the cutscene, and not 2-4 minutes. It is not canon, but one would imagine some level of info must have been disclosed to make that decision. Or one could at least potentially theorize as such.
Sasuke's MS can't use Amaterasu, he can use that after he fought Itachi because he combined Itachi's MS and his own MS to evolve his MS to EMS. Amaterasu is ability of Itachi's MS not from Sasuke's MS. Kishimoto never show what kind of unique abilities for Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan. The only Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan capabilities that shown in the manga and anime is his ability to manipulate any nature elements, that is the reason why he can form a Dragon using Thunder and turn Amaterasu of Itachi to spikes.

Yes and no. That is not entirely true. It was never shown in manga, anime, or databook, but it was shown in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution during a cutscene that he could stop time and rewind it to some extent. The amount of time that can be rewinded, though, is debatable, as to how it exactly works. I would say he could stop time and rewind closer to 2-4 seconds each, more likely based on the cutscene, and not 2-4 minutes. It is not canon, but one would imagine some level of info must have been disclosed to make that decision. Or one could at least potentially theorize as such.
Sasuke's MS can't use Amaterasu, he can use that after he fought Itachi because he combined Itachi's MS and his own MS to evolve his MS to EMS.
Amaterasu is ability of Itachi's MS not from Sasuke's MS.
Kishimoto never show what kind of unique abilities for Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan.
The only Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan capabilities that shown in the manga and anime is his ability to manipulate any nature elements, that is the reason why he can form a Dragon using Thunder and turn Amaterasu of Itachi to spikes.

I think Madara’s MS ability Is Differentiating between Clone and the Original
Double Kamui.
- Intangibility.
- My every touch is dangerous. I just simply provoked the enemy to exchange taijutsu, then parried his blows with my palms and Kamui him.
- I can phase through the ground, come up from behind, stab him.
- Kamui attack, an attack that bypass durability because distorte space.
- Long Range Kamui, with 2 eyes become double speed, that can intercept Kaguya's ash bones that didn't have time to fly as long as Naruto's arm.
- Perfect Susanoo which has 2 weapons namely blue sword and shuriken, what's special is that Kamui's power can be applied to this weapon (source: Databook 4 Kamui), that makes all attacks using this sword and shuriken will ignore durability because it distorts space.
- Even Kamui's power can be combined with ninjutsu, which makes the ninjutsu ignore durability thanks to Kamui's space-distorting power.
