So many of you have asked us in the comments to tour properties in NYC so Mikey and I packed up the car and drove across the country to film some episodes! Enjoy the first one!

I prefer the second apartment Because it has more modern feel n feature.. considering that much space n luxury for that amount it's a total steal .. Even the bathroom is amazing... Wow wow 😳😳😳.. Amazing..
I LOVE the Industrial loft. The second bedroom is actually my favorite. I love cozy spaces, and I love the office nook room. I'd totally make it into a small library/reading nook. I like some of the colors in the modern loft a little more, and the views are nicer from the modern loft. But the best part of this video is Enes on the scooter.
imagine owning that flat iron apartment and that calabasas home, life would be sweet. Loved both but that flat iron apartment has a very charming character. Also scooter ride was so sick, keep it up and hopefully more nyc tours :D
my favorite is the Flatiron district apartment. The room divider concept from the architect makes those spaces feel very special, without closing in the and chopping up the space. The dining area is open to the main area, but looks like an intimate space. well done!

Both places are really nice but the loft in the old building is on another level. Such a nice combination of classic atmosphere, cozy feel and modern design.

@@eshw23 some people like new york cus of its hustle and bustle , But unlike LA you NEED money to ENJOY NY ..... Docta has plenty money and several super cars so i’m sure he can afford all that . My dad bought a duplex in manhattan and i enjoy going there specially cus my mom now lives mostly separately and the views i get from my dad’s place are MAGICAL . and then when i go to meet my cousin who is doing his masters from ‘columbia university: he lives in a 3,500$ per month loft and it just isn’t that good , it has cramped up bedrooms and small bathrooms . However the only thing i don’t like about manhattan is the cost and area ratio . For 14,000,000$ my dad has like a 5,000 sq.ft. duplex but my family home in guernsey ( 30 minute flight from Heathrow ) was like 11,000,000$ and we have like 2 acres of land . So new york isn’t worth it and since i’ll be heading off to college i’ve tried seeing some apartments for or under 5000/month and the apartments aren’t good . I’ve applied for an internship that pays well and hopefully if i get in i can bump up my rent allowance to 7,000 a month.
hey enes, so I lived in my apartment for almost a year now and I always thought my kitchen vent was broken. Only when seeing you pulling it out at 14:00 I realized that. I immediately tried it and it worked. haha, thank you for showing me.
I feel like the second loft has the best view out of all of the places you've shown in nyc. You can still see the cityscape in the background, but you also have a closer view to the street, with the older buildings and store fronts in the foreground, making it feel a little more connected to the city.
Wow! Talk about elevating your game. The wood finish in the kitchen and the master bath marble were some of the most interesting finishes I've seen. The stealth features AMAZING!
This is how versatile the boys are ( Enes and Mike) They can showcase not just elegant and amazing houses, but also Apartments! The details you guys shows are on point. Keep it up! The sound proof insulated bedroom in the first home,and the double door patio doors in the second home...are two features that makes since in a big noisy city.I notice the layouts of these modern city homes, have an easy flow...floor plan,and low maintenance sustainability👍

All the furniture is part of the staging so it doesn't come with the house it can be purchased directly from the staging company
