Do you lean the stones against the glass? If you do. Won’t it stress the glass and silicon?

I look forward to see the end result, it's great so far. About the light, how far the light must be to grow nice plants? Great video.

Official WASABI Moderator: Hi Bruno, it depends on the light that you have. If it's an adjustable high intensity light like ADA Solar RGB, you need to adjust it for coverage to your scape. However if it's a standard light with fixed mounting like ADA AquaSky G, then you cannot adjust it.

the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry. Also don't feel bad about a landslide, it's an opportunity 👌

Thank you so much. I have been scaping since 2019 many many tanks and I’ve yet to build a very steep diarama like this. I am about to rescape my uns 60u with a steep mountain side and it’ll be hc only. I’ve been on a nature aquarium kick lately so it’s been a long while since I’ve done any iwagumi stone single species tanks. Thank you. One thing I do on slopes is cut black corrugated plastic and slide it at an angle to the slope. Bury it to where the top just reaches the soil surface. It will hold really well between stones and such so if you wanted to have an open path of plant growth between stones you can using that method. Like I’ve said I haven’t done anything quite this steep but I’m sure it’ll work too. I keep a big sheet of black corrugated plastic to cut and make these “dams”. Now to decide weather to use dragon stone or seriyu. I have plenty of both. Probably lean toward seriyu bc it lends itself better to a mountain side with all the crags and cracks and jags. Thank you!!!

How often should I do water changes for my shrimp only tank. I was told that shrimps preferred more stable water parameter so I am scared to do 50 percent water changes because my water is not the same ph since I have ph lowering soil. I am unable to get a ro di unit. It is also a high tech heavily planted tank so I realize I need to do water changes otherwise I will get algae

Official WASABI Moderator: In that case, perhaps you can prolong your water changes with a larger canister filter.

@@NORIaquaCh would you say 20 percent water changes would be good then for a heavily planted tank

@@jimmylin8226 Official WASABI Moderator: はい、Dear Jimmy, it's difficult to say as each tank is different. Please try 20% and adjust accordingly.
