Easy: How To Repair Rear Derailleur Stuck (Very Old Shimano Alivio)

This is my nephew bicycle Giant Revel 2 2012 he is young he don't care to repair bike regularly so that why the rear derailleur stuck make the chain loosen a lot he still can biking it. Until it flat tie that can call me to fix it.
this is very easy you just need rust remove you can fix it.
