No matter what medication withdrawal process is hard I've been sober Off meds for about five years now and I wish you the best of luck and happiness because after the withdrawal process it's all uphill from there keep going you can make it wishing you luck.
Ive been going through some brutal withdrawal as well. Like the person above me says it only gets better. No matter how tough or dark things get remember there will be an end to it and you will feel better. Stay strong! proud of you!

I am sorry that I am unable to be a Patreon contributor. But I thught I would make this request because I am not likely to be aline. I have really challenging morning anxiety. I have tried the anxiety ASMR you have, all of them, and like them very much for sleep. But if I use them on waking to try and face my day, i get more anxious. I tried the motivation one you have and like it too for a specific thing I might have to do. But the generalized also gets worse with that video if I have no specific action I am focused on. I need something that will help remove , pluck away my anxiety, so that I can get up calmyly and go about tegular activities (breakfast, dishes, a walk, checking my email). If you are ever able, I would be grateful.
