I just watched some negative affirmations Asmr video because I was so curious.. Then suddenly I felt flustered and I had some kind of a panic attack. The Asmrtist was so convincing and she knew what she was doing!! I came here to repair the damage and it worked.. her voice and the rattle sounds made me feel so calm and relaxed.
Sometime in life i have been also interested in Reiki. Now i feel like i just need to ground to ordinary life, so that it balances my life 🙏 Keep up the good work :)
