I don't believe I've ever commented on any of your videos. However I would like to say thank you for doing what you do. I have a terrible time getting to sleep, staying asleep and getting the rest and decompression needed. This is mostly because of an inability to turn off the thought processes that accumulate during a given day. It is awkward that I both appreciate what you do and, at the same time, never seem to make it through an entire video. I think the hand movements and soothing voice are what do me in. But that is a good thing. Best regards.
The rattle is so soothing. Your videos have been the main thing getting me through a very turbulent and stressful period of my life. my son brought home an infection from the gym and i caught it an it sat at the bridge of my nose (lower minds eye) for a month, i have lost my finer sense of smell, yesterday i put an incense stick right up to my nose and could barely smell it at all even with the smoke wafting straight into my face

At which point usually a big bad monster attacks the party :).
Ugh...that damn rattle is horribly agitating. I HATE it. Every video where you use it gets stopped immediately. For me, that rattle is the opposite of relaxing.
