I've watched this video several times now, it's just super soothing to me. I struggle to remember self-affirmation and how important it is, so this video is a great help. Can you possibly do a full body Reiki session with the cognac sponge and tapping and your crystal wand going through each aura trying to cleanse and harmonize all of the chakras. I’m going through a little experience of being very imbalanced and could really benefit by this. Thank you.❤❤❤❤
