Should get gauges for intake temps after the intercooler, and one for egts. Being able to watch those temps can help you stay out of the danger zone from detenation.
The timing chain at the crank gear has a "keeper" on it that prevents the chain from coming off during piston/jug replacement. It is VERY difficult to retrieve when you drop it though! Ask me how i know. 😂
Good morning, 8-10lbs of boost would be good, and you want your AFR at around 10.8-11.2 at WOT. Normal AFI during cruise is 14.6. 15 is scary high if your under boost.
Oh yeah, log the timing too. I want to say 10 degrees should be a safe starting point for 8-10lbs of boost. I think I was around 14 degrees at WOT and around 10-11lbs of boost when I ran the supercharger on my mustang. I could pull the tune file, and send screen shots of the fuel and timing tables if you think it might be helpful.
I’ll just mention that yes it’s Okay to use a impact to put them in , just you people that do , make sure to start them by hand a few treads first , cause well impacts don’t care and they will try send them home cross tread or not lol and just run them down , then tighten and torque with torque wrench like rng mentioned
Wondering if you could make an N/A SuperStock set up with the HO head onto the non HO, 800 pistons, and Non HO cam (might get away with PTV clearance with non HO cam?!)
Can’t wait to see you guys get this thing back together what a beast💪
Should have it back together next week I hope. Just waiting on parts. I can’t wait either.

Mine melted in the EXACT same cylinder, the exact same spot on the piston. Every other piston meltdown is in the EXACT same location.
I like the forged piston idea
I do too. But I need forged piston money LOL. 😂
Fun fact: In the 2023 950 zforce models, ALL of them are the H.O. motor. Even the trail.
Yes sir.

Idk I bet it would be right.
I didn't see the toque specs
Next video. Waiting on parts.
Time to call weisco!!!
Weiseco won’t do anything for us. And they are local to me. Told me they would not do anything for us on CFMOTO
@@R.N.GPerformance they use to do custom pistons by measurements
Type the name of that scope homey!
I showed it to
@@R.N.GPerformance my pause game is as weak as the pull out game 🤣
