I think the best move that maimi should do is to clear up some cap space by trades so they can sign roll players! Lets go! 🔥
Heat should try to get Donovan for Herro, Jaime and future first round picks. Maybe even try a 3 team trade Jarret Allen , caris to Pelicans, Caleb, Herro, Jaime, and picks to Cavs and Heat get Donovan Mitchell and Jonas. If not then we go get Dejounte Murray, Lauri Markkanen, or Malik Monk sign and trade for Herro and a future pick from Kings for Malik Monk, Caleb or Highsmith, and/or future 1st picks. Draft a big like Zach Edey or KEL'EL WARE and Hunter Sallis probably most underrated best PG in the 2nd round. Zach Edey is NBA ready, great touch on offense, can pass out the double, and when you need an easy bucket. Sign Jonas or Nic Claxton in free agency. I love this teams chance with the new roster after this move. If you trade Jimmy it has to be 5 first round draft pick and 2 young players.

James Wiseman would be a decent pick up an for cheap Or even Andre Drummond.
I think Jovic will still start at 4. Unless they somehow find a stretch 4 or 5.
And then, they should add a rebounder, like Drummond, but off the bench. I doubt they can add a big that will play next to Bam.
Good video bro but these options will not add much production. I guess in the grand scheme of things Valanciunas and Drummond would at least address needs: size, rebounding, interior D but the spacing might be an issue. Also, you are right; Howard and Cousins would have been solid additions I think 6-8 years ago.
To address size; the best option would be through trade or free agency..
I couldn’t find a GREAT realistic option with FA or trades. Maybe the draft?

The heat really don't have a choice in the matter The best one you named on this list is probably Andre Drummond yeah he doesn't score much but at least he can protect the paint and get rebounds which we desperately need because bam although he does a great job We still get destroyed in the paint in Miami really don't have a choice in a matter because it's either you're going to spend the money or not We missed a lot of opportunities with a lot of pick And it's time to rebuild better younger and stronger

That is why,Herro,and Buttler must go,and get,3 new players, and 3 new 1st round picks. But Riley keeps F around and doesn't get the players we need. If he runs it back,Riley must retire, he no longer has it.

@anthonyd_heat Thanks,but no thank you. I just want a GM,and a Owner do do the right thing, and doesn't care how much they have to spend to get the players to win a Championship. But Riley and Arronson, F around a play players that have 1 great year,and pay them to Damm much,instead of a 3 3 year 30 million dollars contract, but they pay ,like they did with Duncan Robinson no way is he worth a 5 year 90 million deal. Riley should d have given him a 3 year 30 million, just like they F up with Whiteside,Herro. No way is Herro worth, 30 million a season,they should have given him,a 3 year 45 million. It's time for Riley to do the right deals,or get the F out.
So in other words they should have let all those players walk. Then you'd be the same one ranting that the Heat was too cheap. All of those players would have gotten more elsewhere than what you're suggesting.
