For anyone who watches House of the Dragon, we legit have Viserys I Targaryen running the GM spot rn. Pat is absolutely ignoring all the flaws and refuses to make moves (Donovan or whoever role player lmao). Herro also needs a change of scenery. This isn't healthy for him and the team.
Also, last season's playoffs was Herro's chance to prove it. Granted he didn't have a full season but legit he had a chance. Its just not working anymore.

He is still young. Look around league at what year someone who is a star became impactful on their team. Year 6 or 7.
Let's be real, Tyler Herro is not the problem and Tyler has full right to be upset.
1) How would you feel to be in trade rumors every season as someone you do not value?
2) Read the comments on IG, UA-cam, X; Miami Heat fans are extremely toxic..
3) He is Miami's best player, but is not given the keys. The team and fanbase ask him to shine, but it is Bam and Jimmy's team, and he is a role player.
4) Yes he is injury prone, but Tyler saved the team so many times before, even got the team into the playoffs after coming back from injury to play a big game for the play-ins. He also almost solo handled the Celtics for multiple games and got Miami the only win of playoffs.... while being guarded by Tatum, Brown, White, and Holiday while everyone including Bam was a non-factor.
I would be happy to see Tyler Herro go if not appreciated or given the work with his time. Same with Jaquez or Jovic. The Heat culture has to change dramatically, or it will not flourish. P.S That is most likely the reason Wright left to the Bucks.

Bam was not a non factor. Stop the cap. Bam was literally the leading scorer from that Boston series while playing great defense. That Boston series showed that Tyler is better when he's not the first option. Tyler is a 6th man at best.

Anthony, what's way more concerning to me is that our Max superstar 1st option "coasts" through the regurlar season. When a player takes a 3rd of the cap SPACE and coasts through the regurlar season and puts the heavy load on the rest of his teammates who then struggle just to make it to the play In, and then has the audasity to adk for a max extension, thats way more of a problem then a young player Tyler Herro learning his limitations as an nba player. I'M POSITIVE THAT HERRO IS NOT THE ONLY PLAYER ON THIS HEAT ROSTER WHO IS TIRED OF JIMMYS REGURLAR SEASON CRUISE CONTROL.

But Jimmy shows up in the postseason so I am ok with him not playing his best in the regular season but I do wish Jimmy takes it a little more serious. His 2nd and 3rd options are just unreliable and inconsistent. Bam is way too inconsistent and I don’t see any actually improvement from him. Same goes for Tyler but he is worse. Tyler is not only inconsistent, but also inefficient and injury prone.

Need to get both Herro and Butler at career high levels prior to the trade deadline and then move one or both. Overlooked in all this is the talent and athleticism infusion from the draft. Running it back and increasing wins by 10+ and all the noise dies down.
Herro is a star on warriors era but now theirs a lot of great and tall defensive players who can guard players like tyler Herro. Heat needs a PG and evolved offensive schemes to really maximize Herro abilities but still Impacting winning still a doubt cuz even Devin Booker cant find success with his team despite his great stats.
Truth be told, Pat Riley doesnt care about getting chips... you gotta walk like you talk. We lost Donovan, almost lost Butler, lost PG, Klay, all the top free agents... Who they gonne get? Old players.

I agreed. His name should’ve been mentioned with those guys. Tyler is definitely a dog and is a 3 level scorer BUT he’s injury prone. He’s NOT a leader and he’s not THE NUMBER ONE GUY (at least not here in Miami). I hope they trade him and he ends up on a team like Brooklyn or the San Antonio or Utah. He’d shine there.
I prefer to keep Tyler and move Jimmy at this point. But why not move both? I don’t want to pay Old man Jimmy and Tyler gets hurt too often. Package them or make moves for picks or get one high level player.

Nobody who watches the games is putting the blame on one person. There are people who feel like Bam, Jimmy, and Spo are above criticism for some reason tho. Bam is an inconsistent undersized center with limited offensive abilities, Jimmy is not a number one option and he only plays when he feels like it, Spo is stubborn and has a terrible infatuation with zone & small ball even when it isn’t working. EVERYONE has their fair share of blame not just one person.
