    Amy, Amy, Amy, AMY! Whooo! I did this yesterday and today my Glutes and hamstrings are just the right amount of sore. Gonna do it again today! With your help
    I’ve gone from not being able to do a single push it to being able to do several. I’ve also gotten strong enough to do lunges! With weights. These were the hardest for me! I’m down about 20 lbs and I just wanna say THANK YOU!

      I completely agree! I'm also from the UK and been feeling very fed up now with the restrictions dragging on and finding out my Easter holiday has been cancelled, so these workouts have been a lifeline for me too.

    I loved this one. It was nice not to focus on cardio and dripping sweat. And I appreciate the brain break from the compound movements! It was longer but more enjoyable.

    Definitely one of my new favorites! A little long (time-wise) but did not feel at all long with all the variations. Loved the isolation of lower and upper. And I finally got to use my 15 lb dumbbells (deadlifts, chest press, and biceps) in an Amy workout! A+

    I just completed the workout! I am sweating buckets! I liked that I was able to focus on my form while getting in a great strength workout! Kudos to you!!

    I loved this. I used 15s for deadlifts and felt so strong and able. At one point I had soo much sweat in my eyes I couldn't see! Lol I can't wait to do this again!

    Loved this workout! It’s just like you said, Amy, I really felt like I was able to focus on my form and strength. I used heavier weights than I typically do and was able to complete the sets!

    Talks too much. I prefer others that have the next exercise preview in the corner to quickly move into the next exercise without much waste of time hence more of exercise time.
