    Wow, all the attorneys that do UA-cam videos certainly don't show such in-depth information! I thought I needed an attorney to help me with this process as it can seem a bit overwhelming, however, your video assured me I can do it myself. The main thing I was struggling with was putting together evidence of relationship and how to format it. Now I know EXACTLY what to do! Your page should have a LOT more views and subscribers. Thank you so much.

      @@verateixeira2597 Hi, I'm in the process of filing my own K1 visa now, and all of the information that I searched on RapidVisa was bad. I even heard bad stories about hiring immigration lawyers. Apparently people tend to stay away from RapidVisa, because they're not true legal consultants and tend to overlook small details because of the amount of cases they see in a day. All of the information I have found has said filing on your own is best, because you will pay closer attention to your case than anyone else. Also, a lot of people say that lawyers are often more concerned with extremely complex cases or much more difficult visas. Hopefully that helps and good luck!

    Question for you for after the fiancé gets to United States, aka adjustment of status:
    The documents to prove your marriage is a real bona fide relationship
    Did you submit them when submitting the I-485 adjustment application? Like along with the application?
    Or did you not submit them with the application and you took’em with you to the interview?
    Like any more new photos along with the old one from K1 interview, call/chat history, etc.
    I’m submitting a certified copy of my marriage license, and other required docs per form instructions, but what about call chat history, photos etc?

    Thank you so much for all of this information!! It means so much you took the time to explain everything so well. It is truly so appreciated! Did you send this information in the binder or in a large sealed envelope?

    • @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523
      @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523  3 роки тому +1

      We sent it in a binder out of fear of losing documents but the USCIS advises that you send it in a large envelope, clearly label and mark the separate documents and clip them together. The key is to make it easy to disassemble!
      Here are their instructions:
      In preparing your packet, remember:
      Do not use binders or folders that we cannot easily disassemble.
      Use fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.
      Sticky tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. For easy filing, place the tabs on the bottom of the page, not the side.
      Do not use heavy-duty staples; instead use fasteners or heavy clips.
      Do not submit originals unless specifically required.
      Do not submit oversized documentation unless it is necessary.
      Send single-sided copies of your supporting documentation.

      Hey😊 You do not need a third party service! Everything you do for the k1 visa only you and your fiancé can do anyway. A service would basically ask you to do the work you’re already going to need to do yourself😊 Getting copies of passports, compiling conversations, photocopying receipts, typing out your statement of meeting, statement to marry. Only you have this information and can compile it😊 K1 visa’s rarely get rejected if you are in a bona fide and genuine relationship. So long as you meet the minimum requirements of having met within the last two years, are both legally free to marry and you meet the minimum financial requirement you should be just fine😊 Feel free to message or text us privately via email, thebuthelezis19@gmail.com to go through your packet and for extra tips on compiling it! All for free!😊 We’d love to help you get approved without the expense of a third party service!

    Hello Madeline and Innocent, I have a question regarding Item 54 on the I129F. I wrote 3 pages of details regarding mine and my fiance's circumstances of meeting. It includes how we first met, the progression of our relationship, when we visited eachother's home countries, the family we met, the proposal etc. basically all the necessary info USCIS is looking for. Does my fiance also have to write one? Or is the one I wrote sufficient enough and we both sign our names on it? We also have the proof and evidence including photos, boarding passes, messages and more. I feel like altogether my packet submission will be around 50 or so pages. How long was yours? And do you think mine is too long?

    Do you have any recommendations on how many pictures or texts to put in the packet aside from the meeting in person pictures? My fiance and I are either texting or video chatting almost 24/7. When going through my video screenshots I have hundreds, if not thousands, to sort through. So I want to make sure that I dont overdo anything but keep it all relevant to what they want to see.
    Also with the Save The Date, did you pick a date with the timeline of if you were approved? We were thinking of making one but because we don't know how long it would take to be approved we didnt know how to pick a date.
    Thanks so much! Your videos are so great and helpful!

      Hey there, thank you so much for watching😊 So you would generally just want to put communication that briefly covers the duration of your relationship. So some texts from when you began seeing each other, some towards the middle of your relationship & then some recent texts. Generally stick to communication speaking about how you feel about each other and maybe include future marriage plans etc. you don’t need a lot at all, we did less than 10 pages of text, call records and emails! The content is more important than the volume really😊 Yes, we picked a date about 11 months from when we submitted. This of course will always be subject to your approval and USCIS agents know this😊 So don’t get too hung up on being exact!
      Did this help? Let us know if you have any more questions! Feel free to email us or dm us here thebuthelezis19@gmail.com or @the_buthelezis on Instagram! We’ll review your packet if you’d like and send you documents relating to the witness statements, affidavits etc😊

    Page 7, Part 2 38.e it's asking for the passport number. My fiance is currently NOT in the US, should I still put her passport number there? No where else on the form does it ask for her passport number, but that section is asking specifically if she's "in the US currently". Thanks for any input!

    Hi! I am a little confused about the passport documentation section. In a different video, I viewed, the person mentioned I should submit color copies of every page of my passport which includes the blank pages. Is this correct or is it sufficient to include only the Bio page where my picture is, plus the page where I received stamps from the country I visited where my fiancee is located? I am going to submit all the K1 application next month 4/2023.
    Thanks!
    Hector

    When submitting passport photos, I include my own, do I include one of my fiance (beneficiary)? She lives in another country and things are slow because of COVID, do I have her send the photo via mail carrier? Or does she bring her photo at the time of the interview? Thank you.

    Hi, I am looking for some information if you could help me here. We are in the process of filling out our K-1 package. Can I sign my part of the paperwork (I am the beneficiary) digitally? And by digitally I don't mean typing it out, but witting it out on the digital form and my fiance printing it out. Due to COVID19 we might go over our seeing each other in the 2 year period , is there a way I can find information about what to do if that case happens?
    Thank you so much for the video it really helps!

    Hi thanks so much for this very resourceful and helpful video!!! I have a question about where to turn in this packet and form. Do we have to go physically or can we send it by mail and apply that way? I’m confused on the process. I’m not sure if i have to schedule an appointment at one of the immigration offices to turn everything in or if I can just send it by mail. If someone can help me I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

    Thank you for posting this. I'm so nervous about putting together my packet. One question that confuses me is where it says if your fiance is currently in the US and that info needed if so. My fiance is not currently here, so do I just leave all of those as NA? He obviously has a passport and had that document number from his last trip here. Thanks in advance!

    Very Informative. Thank you! What if you don't have any photos of engagement or receipts of engagement ring but can prove your relationship within the 2 years and with your intent to marry? Is it okay to not have engagement photos or receipts of the ring? Thank you for the help!

    • @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523
      @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523  4 роки тому +2

      Hi Manny! Pleasure! It’s okay if you don’t have engagement photos or ring receipts. What we would advise in that case is to add evidence of your wedding plan discussions, maybe reach out to a couple wedding vendors and ask for prices and quotes? Also create a pdf save the date of your planned wedding. If you can’t do that, proof of your on-going relationship will suffice. Just ensure that the evidence you provide is well dated, described and documented. The main point of your packet is to prove that you have a genuine and bona fife relationship. Photo’s, emails, messages, phone call records, plane tickets, hotel bookings all count! If you’re not confident the evidence you have will be enough, ask a family member to write a letter to attest to your relationship being genuine! We hope this helps? 😊✨ PS feel free to message us on Instagram if you need more help! Thanks for watching!

      Immigration with Madeline & Innocent thank you for the reply and I will definitely look into this more. I met my fiancé while overseas while I was on military orders for a full year. We are expecting a baby girl together 🥰 which I am sure this alone can suffice for some evidence. Again, thank you for your input! We are excited to start this journey!

    • @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523
      @immigrationwithmadelineinn3523  3 роки тому +2

      Yes we did, the actual instructions advise the following:
      Hope this helps!:)
