This is the exact video I was looking for. You showed the inside noise too 👍
On god !! Bouta get mine Friday Brodie
The only thing I don't like is how the exhaust tip fitment is most likely wrong.
@Jackson Ivan Yeah, no....
@Jackson Ivan Ya win some ya lose some I guess.... at least the majority of the time your work is quality enough to make people drive from great distances to have their exhaust work done by yall.
That's the strangest fitment I've seen. Especially how the one sticks out. What the
You all prolly dont give a damn but does anyone know a way to get back into an instagram account?
I was stupid forgot the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Anakin Julio Instablaster =)
I did this to my 328i first i cut off muffler it sounded good it just wasn’t loud enough. You can hear the difference when revving but on the road it doesn’t sound to different just shifts sounds louder. If you want it loud cut the resonator also. Drone isn’t bad at all. If your going for a cleaner deeper sound keep your resonator.
Hey so I was thinking of doing the muffler delete as well but my guy at the shop wasn’t sure what the sensor/valve is on the muffler/exhaust. Did you leave it or take it off ?
We cut it and zip tie it away
Sounds even better in eco pro
The guy who talks sounds like such a caveman with his kindergarten grammar lol. Love it
The exhaust tips are on the wrong side?
I did resonator and muffler delete w my 2011 328i. It sounded PERFECT
Should I delete my resonator because I just deleted my muffler & got a exhaust
?
@@zayboogietv512 I would, you'll hear a big difference
@@Guap303wouldn’t the check engine light up
@@darkxyt4706 sometimes they do and sometimes they don't, but if you do go that route you can get a tune on it which tells the computer to compensate for that resonator being gone
Hows the drone ? I did my muffler delete and its pretty loud inside the cabin at 2k rpm
Pretty basic question. How much do y’all normally spend on a muffler delete on a 328i?
300-400$
I sent $140 on mine
$200 for mine
You guys must get raped at your exhaust shops I've never paid more then 80 bucks getting my 428i xdrive done for 45 bucks tomorrow...
75$
Iv done this to my 328i and after I got the duo tips and muffler delete my car lags power when I try to accelerate then throws a drivetrain Sensor , but once I cut the car off and start it back up it’s drives smooth again … do anyone know the problem here ? The valves maybe ?
happened to me just today and i’ve been trying to find a solution. have you found what the problem was ?
@@noecantu5508 I haven’t found a solution I just don’t use sport mode any more, the car still drives good till this day but I’m pretty sure if I punch on the gas’s in sport mode it’ll still do the same thing, lag and throw the drive train sensor
It’s ur active exhaust, in sport mode it opens it up and allows better flow, if you got rid of the active exhaust then it’ll throw the code
Those v4 bmws don’t get loud until you take the cats off even the older ones
turbo 4 on this one
V4 😂😂😂 you mean inline 4
Chris Dan lmfaooo
🤣🤣🤣 v4 ??? Damn son
V4... you are a clown
All around how much would a resonator and muffler delete cost?
300$
I know this comment is from a long ass time ago, but I'll answer anyway; It depends where you go. Just had a muffler delete done yesterday on my f30. Took it to one place, dude quoted me $120, and told me he couldn't get me in until the next week. Drove to another spot, and they immediately agreed. Took an hour, had the muffler cut off, and fresh pipe bent and welded from the resonator to the tips. Dude charged me $50 all in. Quality work too. Don't get ripped off.
@@saint7626 $120 isn't bad tho bud.
That’s called straight piped and on the N20 sounds horrible don’t do it
I just got this done to my car... I’ve been looking to do this to my 328i n20 for about 5 months now and I finally did it. !!!! Don’t do it! I’m telling you guys DONTT. The drone is extremely loud and the videos you watch will never be the same as the real life sound. I’m taking my car back and having the shit put back on. I’m saving you guys right now. do not do it!
In same position, just about to get it done.
What made you regret it? What were your expectations?
@@devinderthabal1074 im a car guy dont get me wrong but I wanted my car to sound louder and be more noticeable while i was driving or on the start up. But i also like to have it be nice and quiet and smooth in the cabin. The drone was so much and at all RPMs there was a very loud vibration and drone. on the highway, i got a headache even with cruise control still active. If u enjoy anything about having a smooth luxurious car then don't to it. Its too loud, sounds like a tractor and the drone is terrible. Just get a performance exhaust system if u really want a nice bit controlled sound.
@@aryanemami1504 yup fair enough.
do you have any videos?
Had a chance to measure db levels in the cabin?
My car is ~67db at 100kmph stock
Also what was the setup? Cut out whole muffler and put 2.5in pipe to twin 2.5in tips or something else?
Thanks
I have a 328i n20 as well but i have catless downpipes, resonator and muffler delete and the exhaust flap still in place ,it has not droned very much for me, i also got the bm3 tune it might help with drone but im not sure
@@hector2630 is it loud ?
will the car pass an emissions test without the resonator ?
any links on loud sounding exhaust for bmw 328i?
Should of put straight dual tips not slanted ones
Yea they fucked up on the alignment on the tips
Or maybe the staggered dual tips to match the curving bumper
How much does a muffler and resonater delete cost on this car
how much would it be to take out both?! cuz i have been wanted to do this so badly
Call us at 615-612-6244
Do the tips make a difference? And could you send the link?
No its just ascetic
Sounds good 👌🏿
no it doesnt
Where did you get the straight pipe for the muffler delete
Any exhaust shop will have the piping
Y’all are still a joke... 3 in to let the turbo breathe... but you used 2 1/2 in and choked it down from the factory 3 in. Car still has cats and a resonator, so it’s not breathing much better. And staggered tips like that are supposed to match the contour of the bumper, not oppose it 😂 way to hack together another bmw into sounding like a tractor and shit
Did you watch the entire video??? They took the resonator off later on
upside down exhaust hahaha
*serious question, how can i avoid gettinf pulled over by cops now if i live in california??*
As long as you don’t touch your catalytic converter then you’re good, I’ve had my car for 3 years and have never been pulled over for my exhaust
You put the tips on the wrong way lol
I’m dead how the fuck
Send a link of the pipe that you put in
Where did you get the pipe link ???
thats just a piece of pipe that they bent and welded up
Personally, i find BMW`s 4cyls (both N20/N26 and B46/B48) to sound better when the rear resonator is replaced with a glasspack and got a smaller borla or magnaflow muffler in the rear.
These cars with no muffler or a performance muffler sound pretty good but straight piped they sound horrible
Sounds really good
How’s the drone
There is none
Any links for the exhaust ?
Dude there is no exhaust. They literally removed both the muffler and the resonator.
How much was it?
Wow so cool thanks! 😎
Is 95 passing?
hm would u charge for this
do u know where the headlights are from?
Those are stock oem headlights
@@James_Edward59 No they arent
@@pranavk8293 Nvm you are right, I thought they were the same ones I have on mine but they are the newer design, I’m pretty sure anywhere on EBay will have them.
@@James_Edward59 nope
The exhaust tip was a complete hack job. You got that exhaust tip on the wrong side of a vehicle. I would call that a complete exhaust fail.
where are you guys located ?
3560 Dickerson rd Nashville’s TN 37207
i did exactly this to my 2013 bmw 328i and i started getting problems with the drivetrain anyone know why ?
If you have active exhaust and left it un plugged that’s most likely why
Tip is upside down😂
That tip is ghetto!
Bmw do disappoint lol
So the turbo can breathe...🤔
Apparently this guy know has no idea how a turbo works..😂
Deadass lmao. That's what intakes are for they TAKE IN air🤣
You guys don’t know what back pressure is apparently
Only diesels require back pressure
Install headers
He said Quad tips I only see Bi tips
For farting , when gear is switching, it's enough only muffler delete :)?
🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱
You should do an “exhaust shop delete” and stop doing shit work like this
That doesn’t sound good at all. At all!!
horrible fitment
Lol delete the turbo
This sounds 🤢🤢🤮
How’s the drone??
