Perfect house. I'm in love ❤️ Enough upper cabinets, pantry, tub, and plenty of porches. Only thing I see missing is a closet for towels which is an easy fix. TY.
The beauty of that living room ! I usually stop watching if the living area is very small or awkward and the same for the dining area. This home does not disappoint !

Beautiful design. Great flow throughout, efficient design and would accommodate a multitude of personal furnishing styles. I like how the powder room is convenient yet tucked away. I have to admit I am sold on these designs that include this style of pantry that makes access to all of our crazy (but necessary!) kitchen gadgets and tools very easy yet out of sight.

This was actually amazing had beautiful chandelier lighting and lots of wood from floors to ceiling and real wood 🪵 burning 🔥 fireplace with marble rock so beautiful and full bathroom
This is a beautiful design and in my top favorites. My wish list would add an all season room maybe where the small back deck is located - but enlarge it. I really prefer the separate rooms and especially that the TV is not over the fireplace - a beautiful focal feature in itself. That living room space is stunning!

Beautiful home! I really wish designers would stop putting windows over bathtubs. It's dangerous to have to climb into the tub to open or close a window! It's also a privacy issue.
I love all your videos every house is well thought out. If you could just put some more thought into the lay out of the kitchen especially the stove i.e the stove feels like its just being shoved next to the sink it doesn't have its own space. Nonetheless Keep up the great work

I’ve lived in a house with beams so I personally wouldn’t want them again , I would prefer the garage to be close to the kitchen , hate taking the shopping through the house especially if it’s been raining or snowing ! But the kitchen design ,dining room and lounge are perfect as are the bedrooms . . It’s all down to personal preference but great otherwise
Nicely designed structure. My only critique would be the lack of cohesive interior design. As one example, the dining room chandelier juxtaposed with the kitchen pendant lights. That was jarring.

Please build your garage beside kitchen and pantry. To carry all heavy groceries across whole house is disaster. And to took all your dirty shoes and boots in laundry room is another no no.
