This is why I grow my own greens and juice them in a cold press with a couple lemons. My garden soil gets 50 lbs of Azomite every fall. Azomite contains every Mineral and Tracemineral known to man (Strontium included), from A to Z of Minerals Including Trace Elements (AZOMITE). More people should get rid of their stupid lawns and start growing edibles, even fruit trees and berries. Or container gardening on a balcony. My husband was diagnosed with Osteoporosis (in 2017, his spine collapsed in 3 diff. places) a year before finding Dr. Berg online (2018) . My husband now does Moto-cross and has even crashed his bike twice without breaking a bone. He can also maneuver his 300lbs bike around without pulling a tendon. Hubby will be 59 next month. The greens from the stores lack all the nutrients.

My physician cousin in Europe suggested to take Strontium, D3, K2 and Magnesium instead of Calcium after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2012 when I started to take Letrozole for 5 years. My oncologist at the time insisted to take 1200 mg of Calcium daily. After 5 years and another bone density test, my decision to skip the Calcium was the correct one. But I kind of felt bad to assure this oncologist every time I saw him with a "Yes Sir" when he would ask me about the Calcium. He was putting a lot of emphasis on the Calcium, but not much else. I switched to another oncologist as soon as I could. Had never heard of Strontium before. Since then I have told many of my friends about it, but most of the time to no avail. Now, I will forward this segment to them. Many thanks Dr. Berg.

    Sweet! New stuff 👍😊👍
There needs to be more mention of bamboo silica, horsetail, comfrey ect.... Those are what do AMAZING things for bones. We've used them for arthritis and bone loss with fantastic results. That's what our bones need and what we don't get enough of. I was dealing with bone loss, my daughter has arthritis so we started with comfrey tea and made a comfrey root paste she'd put on her knees for a good 24 hours for about 3-4 months and holy crap... my daughter's swollen knees that she had to have drained every couple months took on a new shape and she hasn't had them drained in a good five years with no need in site. We also noticed much thicket hair, softer skin, I had miraculous healing in my teeth and gum tissue. Just sayin😊👌

Carina Johnson. Please explain exactly how you achieved such fabulous results with your teeth and gums. Did you make comfrey tea & drink it, & did you use the roots or the leaves? How often did you do this a day? And was it comfrey that helped your hair also?

    • @StompMom5
      @StompMom5 3 роки тому +11

@@almaburns6562 Yes I grew a lot of my hair back that I had lost over thyroid conditions so it's fantastic for that. I used the dried leaves to make tea and held the tea in my mouth for few seconds on every sip before swallowing so it would soak my teeth and gums. It'll kinda stains your teeth a little but once you stop they go right back to normal color. For joints I made a paste using the roots. I also make the pills using comfrey leaf powder and take 3-4 a day and I've personally had great experience with the stuff. I still drink it to this day and have another large order coming tomorrow. Comfrey leaves have what's called allantoin which grows new cells and helps inflammation. It's not dangerous one bit. Many people have written amazing stories of it's use but those sites have been censored as usual. Hope that helps

My arthritis became much, much worse even though my supplements all stayed the same. Now that I've returned to pricing and I'm walking constantly and no longer doing heavy lifting. My arthritis has settled back down with only an occasional flare up. I swear by the movement/walking. When only doing the lifting the pain was so horrible that I was having to go to physical therapy 3 times a week. It would help but it has only completely eased since I've gotten back to a much more movement/walking filled day.

It might have been just me but I was taking strontium about 6 years ago during my lunch meal, and at night I would start to slightly itch mainly on my arms. I never figured out the problem for sometime because I was taking many other supplements. But I started noticing, where I was itching there were small pieces of what felt like salt grains. So, I took my cheap jewelry magnifier and looked closely, and all those grains looked like black and brown shiny rocks. Bingo ..it was the strontium coming out through my skin. I stopped taking it and never had any itchy feelings or grains of salt coming out of of my pores.
Just a warning in case the same thing happens to others. I definitely would recommend taking a low dose if anything. I don't recall the dose I was taking other than one capsule per day. If I was to start taking it again, I would take it every other day to be safe.

Per Dr. Heidi Rula with Ironwood Cancer Research Center: Strontium is a heavy metal that is commonly seen in bone health supplements. Although it can improve the results of your bone density test - it has been shown that this is mainly a false increase. Strontium replaces calcium in the bone and makes the bone look denser than it really is on the DEXA scan. The form of strontium, strontium citrate, that is being used in the U.S. has not been well studied. In Europe strontium ranelate was approved for the treatment of osteoporosis but this recommendation was later revoked with the findings that strontium supplementation can increase the risk of heart attacks and blood clots.

Thank You Dr. Berg! I Love You So Much for empowering us with this vital Information.
    1. Back in the 90's or so, OB/GYN Services began treating women with "Depot Provera" (Injections in the Butt Cheek).
    2. Some women ended up getting hip replacements, because this injection damages the hip area with tumors that grow in the muscle, between the sciatic nerve and arteries, and the hip/thigh bone.
    3. There was no side effect warnings at the time of injections which went on for months or years.
    4. Once it's discovered (shows up as a large mass on an xray), The Tumor has to be carefully removed without tearing nerves or arteries, however it's vital that bones must be repaired too. All Women Clinics, and all Women must learn about this lesson.
    5. Again, I appreciate your information Dr. Berg, because the Veterans Admimistration, (Funded by Billionaire Drug Pimps), doesn't share this information, neither do their contracted affiliated Universities who want to get paid but do nothing empowering for the patients.
    6. Dr. Berg, I know that we are designed to heal ourselves, using mind/wisdom frequency and nature's ingredients.
    7. While The VA has fake employees who hate us and want to kill us off. The real Doctors and nurses, get threatened and fired by VA Administration clowns, murdering administrators.

Strontium (symbol Sr) is a toxic metal that is widely distributed in the environment. The reason strontium is everywhere is due to the use of nuclear power for electricity generation. Strontium-90, a highly toxic strontium isotope, is a waste product of all nuclear power plants.

Strontium supplements are available to purchase and are said to strengthen their bones since strontium is a heavier metal than calcium, it will make bones appear to be more dense on x-rays.
This is a big mistake made by some holistic healing practitioners, including you, Dr. Berg. I love you but you are wrong about strontium.

Not trying to be difficult, but I am 40 with osteoporosis and was taking strontium until I kept reading more and more concern with 1. Potential cancer and 2. The strontium may not actually strengthen bones, but instead appear to make your bones just look more dense.
I hope this is correct, but between reading about the danger of Calcium supplements and strontium it's rather difficult to know if you're actually hurting yourself more than helping.
I'm open to being led to more positive feedback of strontium. Hope my concerns aren't valid.

I’m leaning towards trying it anyways for density while focusing on weight bearing exercises, vit d3, mk7 for quality. In addition since I’m near menopause , looking into HRT to slow down further bone loss.

The first year after finding Dr. Berg we did nothing but heal, taking long walks and doing physical therapy at the Drs office. My husband lost 100 lbs of weight, dropped all of his meds, gained a ton of energy and said: "I'm gonna start living even if it kills me!" lol And here we are. ... Did YOU mention "Bread & Cake" in the same sentence? Slurp! LOL :-) ....... Here's the thing with any kind of diet (or even people attempting Keto). 99.9% of the people that do this CAN NOT stay the course for very long without cheating! It's a fact! They just don't have the "Will Power" in-which to do so. It's a known fact. They will do what you called "Cheat." Don't beat yourself up Sherry, by fasting for 20 hrs just because you had what you called a "Little Slip" and ate some bread and a piece of cake.
Here's my way of thinking on this subject, for what it's worth? I DONNOT deny myself anything that I want to eat or drink. However, with that said, I don't drink alcohol nor smoke anything. NO salt in any form! My intake of fatty things is super, super limited. I flat-out don't eat any fried foods at all, ever. White sugar is a NO-NO. Took me 3+ yrs to get off that stuff completely. Most addicting thing I've ever had to deal with ... that I didn't even know I was addicted to, until I tried to cut back on it?
I'll eat a sandwich (with bread) once, maybe twice a week during the Summer. And have a slice of lemon or vanilla pound type cake with it. I drink water mostly. But I do not deny myself a swig of whatever juice I want, when I want it. Even an occasional sip of some Ginger Ale. NO cola type drinks at all, ever. I supplement a lot! Haven't gain any weight doing this in the past 15 yrs now. I stay right at 240 all the time. I'm 6 ' 2" tall, and in my late 60's. All of my male friends around my age are all WAAAAY over weight! Much shorter than me, and with HUGE guts ta boot! They don't know how I do it. Me personally, I'd love to lose another 10 lbs., as back in the day 230 was an ideal weight for me. But I'm very limited as to what I can do these days because of a few health issues I've had for a very long time now that have prevented me from being very active these days. So this makes it very hard (for me) to lose that extra 10lbs that I would LOVE to lose. All I'm saying is, don't beat yourself up if you do what you call "cheating" once in a while. The ole body will tell you when it wants/needs/desires something. But just have a taste 'once-in-a-while' and be done with it. Don't feel guilty. Blessings & Peace onto YOU! From the old-man in the chair. :-)

I have read in Save Your Bones which I subscribe to that we must never take strontium as it affects the cardiovascular system. I choose not to take it.

Makes a lot of sense... Since calcium is basically nothing else than chalk try breaking a piece of chalk and see how easy it breaks.. I wonder why the media (and especially milk producers) keep emphasizing calcium for stronger bones.. Of course calcium is necessary for building and maintaining bones but as this video implies calcium alone has nothing to do with bone strength.. Now I understand that strontium is the real deal for bone strength.. On a side note Dr. Berg also talked about the importance of Silica (Orthosilicic Acid) in an earlier video that can also be linked for bone health.. Many many thanks for all your precious and highly informative videos..

He recently did a video about teenage depression. Also please know that EVERYONE experiences depression (especially during our teenage years). It’s normal and you will overcome it! I remember those years and trust me, life gets so much better. Watch his video, eat keto, go for long (at least an hour) walks, stay away from toxic people, and find a hobby that makes you feel like you’re really connected to your soul journey here on Earth. Every time I rescue an animal and find it a good home I feel a sense that there was a reason I came down to this odd experience called “human-form” on planet Earth. 😜

As to what to talk about: what are your hobbies? For example, my favorite subject is astronomy. Watch videos on UA-cam SciShow Space. I could talk about our solar system and all the different types of galaxies forever! Did you know that most planets in our solar system spin in the same direction, except one? Venus is the only planet that spins the wrong way!

@@verseau8360 Thanks dude! But I just get problems in starting conversations like what should I say after hi? Once the conversation is started, then I don't have any problem, then I could speak for hours but I just don't know what to say after hi...

Here are two more fun conversation starters: 1) ask people if they think the universe is finite or infinite and ask them why they think so; 2) ask people what music from last hundred years will still be remembered and played 300 years from now. I think The Beatles and Earth Wind and Fire for sure. Who else do you think?
