- I think it’s safe to say that out of all the Spider-Men in the extraordinary No Way Home, it was Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker that practically stole the entire movie. His charm, humor, heart and general enthusiasm showed just how talented the actor is in the role and how much the general disinterest in the much-maligned TASM series was never based on Garfield’s performance. And wouldn’t it be an absolute bummer if this was the last time we saw Garfield as Spider-Man? I’m not ready to say good-bye! I mean, I was ready to say good-bye after TASM 2 but now that I’ve been reminded how great Garfield is in the role, I am back to not wanting to say good-bye! Hey, opinions can change right!?
So now, all I’m thinking about is The Amazing Spider-Man 3, and honestly? I think it could happen. And this isn’t just me being a fanboy holding out hopes for unrealistic expectations, no I think there is a very logical reason why TASM 3 could and should happen. Look, the Venomverse really needs a Peter Parker and I think the tone and style of Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock fits much better with Andrew Garfield than Tom Holland right? Pitting those two against each other would be an absolute treat and would allow Andrew Garfield to keep playing the part for a while without taking up too much of his time, and also allow Tom Holland to stay in the MCU. I mean, that should make both Sony and Disney happy right?
And really, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There’s so much potential for Andrew’s Peter Parker and his version of the webhead that deserves more story. Don’t you want to see the darker path he’s started to embrace after Gwen’s fateful fall? Don’t you want to see him fight some more classic villains and have better stories rather than just some Russian in a Rhino suit? I know I do! While we all mention that Andrew says he wants to fight an alien, less is mentioned that immediately after he says that, Tobey calls him Amazing 3 times.

I just watched TASM 1 and 2 for the first time and I’m hungry for more. Andrew is such an underrated actor and he deserves to get a proper ending with a 3rd movie. I was so crushed after watching Gwen’s death. I hope somehow we can see Peter and Gwen reunite. After No Way Home the timeline could be changed meaning we could see Gwen alive.

It's comments like yours that show how you people don't actually read the comics. In an alternate universe, Peter is killed and Gwen is alive. She is also Spider-Gwen. They can easily have Garfield travel to the wrong universe where he and Gwen re-unite. This is an actual comic storyline. This would allow Garfield to heal without having to face his "no punches held" past. We would also see Peter with his TRUE love Gwen. Because yes, even Stan Lee stated that Peter's true love is Gwen and that he regrets Peter ended up with MJ
Did you watch NWH? All the villains were transported moments BEFORE they died. This could easily have happened with Gwen also.
He stopped pulling his punches, so maybe that's why there's a poster in Mobius trailer saying "Spiderman is a murderer".
Has anyone thought that maybe Venom and the other villains are actually in the TASM world. It makes sense that they haven't met yet as Spiderman is in New York and Venom is in San Francisco. Also the Oscorp building shown in Morbius has the same logo as TASM universe and I know that the building is different but there can be more than 1 Oscorp building.
Except in the Morbius trailer there's a Graffiti shot of Tom's spiderman with "murderer" written over it. Confirming that the movie takes place in the MCU some time probably after NWH.

Let’s be real, andrew’s portrayal of Spider-Man is the most comic accurate.
Whether I can't say i agree or disagree, being comic book accurate doesn't just all of a sudden make him objectively better. Sure, tom andrew or tobey might be the most accurate, but that doesn't mean you will enjoy that version more. He can be accurate and the movie can still be terrible. If someone just magically thinks any movie is better solely due to being comic book accurate, they're a complete elitist and are probably lying.

I been wanting Andrew back since 2017! I didn’t like him as Spider-Man back when he was Spider-Man but after seeing how kiddy & overly reliant on others the mcu Spider-Man is, I started to appreciate Andrew’s Spider-Man & he just fits so well with a lot of the actors that plays characters linked with Spider-Man, Charlie Cox, Ryan Reynolds etc

Adding a different Mary Jane Watson would help Andrew’s Peter overcome his guilt of losing Gwen Stacy and be more Friendly Neighborhood once more.
Also, I think adding Miles Morales as a pupil/sidekick could work on either the Sony verse or in Sam Rami’s universe.

It would be cool to see Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man in future Sony movies (I wasn't a big fan of his movies, but I loved his portrayal of the character), but it definitely felt like they're setting up Tom Holland's Spider-Man to be the one that combines w/ the Venom Symbiote tbh.
Imagine a movie where Peter and Eddie are friends but Spider-Man and venom are enemies that team up to fight a bit big villain

For the venom and Spider-Man film, I think that Venom and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man would go up against Toxin because if you remember back to Venom: Let There Be Carnage, at the end, Patrick Mulligan was bonded with a symbiote (most likely Toxin, as Patrick Mulligan is the first person to bond with the Toxin symbiote.) I really hope Sony does something like this with Andrew's Spider-Man, it would make my dreams of seeing Venom and Spider-Man in the same film. (Yes, Topher Grace played Venom in Tobey's Spider-Man. But we don't speak of that)

@@starlitexo but he definitely could become one due to Toxin affecting him. Because if you remember again the usual trait of symbiotes, Venom is actually the oddball where he isn't as brutal or ruthless as other symbiotes. It's even explicitly mentioned in the fist Venom movie (that conversation right before he fights Riot).

I think it would be interesting if Andrew would encounter SpiderGwen in the Sonyverse. Having to deal with seeing someone who failed to save but now as an individual who can take care of herself. But I'm down for the Black Cat romance as well, not so much the MJ story this time.

@@thespideycinemaclub3115 I would say that TASM 2 Altered timeline allowed Gwen to live. But in exchange, Peter dies and Gwen somehow becomes Ghost-Spider. Stange's spell accidentally sent Ghost-Spider to the TASM 2 main line (or TASM 3). The villain of the movie can be Knull. This way we get a Venom Vs Spiderman fight and a Peter and Gwen reunion while they both learn to let go for the last time. Then a Trio team-up for the final fight. If audience takes a liking to Ghost-Spider, it could start a Spider-Gwen trilogy

What i want is that Venom and Andrew team up to fight the sinister six that would be amazing!
I would like the amazing spiderman 3 to be about Peter trying to find gwen via the multiverse and trying to use venom and his hive mind to find her. He goes through all the spider verses including tobys and Tom's, to finally find her as spider gwen in one universe and she dies again saving his life because her death is a fixed point in time.
It's being reported that Sony is courting Emma Stone for a Spider-Gwen project. Which means that there's already a Gwen Stacy who's alive somewhere in the multiverse. But unlike a Gwen Stacy who died, a Gwen Stacy who's alive will turn out be a Spider-Woman from her universe.
One note to be taken here…the skateboard was Andrew’s idea because he loved to skateboard so I for one wanna let him have that one because if we are being honest pretending like Andrew is anything but cool would just be a dumb idea
Tom Holland is my favourite Spider Man tbh, and I'd love to see him stay in the MCU for many years to come, but I definitely think Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man feels like a better choice for things like a Black Cat or Spider-Gwen/ Spider-Woman storyline

The reasons why I think there will be TASM 3
• Tobey reminds Andrew that he's amazing (3 times)
• He's the only one who didn't fight an Alien, I'm pretty sure that in future he will fight with Venom and Morbius.
• In No way home, they named him as "Peters 3".
• When Andrew appeared in no way home everyone focus on him, even Tobey and Tom too.
• In No way home's post credit scene Venom said that he will meet Spiderman in New York
• In TASM 2 when Harry open secret file in Oscorp we can see there's Morbius file
• In Morbius trailer we saw Oscorp which is quite similar to Andrew's universe's Oscorp
• In morbius trailer Morbius says "I'm Venom" it means maybe he know about Venom and both exists in same universe.
• In Morbius trailer we saw there is a Spiderman painting on wall and written on it "Murderer" and in No way Home Andrew told Tobey and Tom that when he lost Gwen he become rage and stop pulling punches, maybe he murdered some bad guy.
• Also Ravencroft is firstly shown in TASM2 and then in Venom 2.
• And last, in Morbius trailer we saw in newspaper about Rhino and Blackcat which only appears in Andrew universe.
I hope Venom & Morbius & TASM is same universe, he deserves to complete his story.

Switch universes! I feel Venom and TASM are in the same universe anyway, would be ridiculous if venom didn't have a spiderman in his universe same with TASM, TASM3 needs to be it's own thing you can have venom as a Easter egg I rather they focus on the storytelling about redemption fixing problems he has caused for himself and finding his MJ I don't think teleporting him to a different universe where he knows no one works we already really much have that with MCU Tom Holland spiderman.

ASM2 may have been unfocused in terms of story, but it was fun as hell to watch. The cinematography was really well done, the visual effects were really cool, the action was sick, and Gwen’s death was kinda on point.
I feel like it’s another Spider-Man 3. It’s unappreciated right now, but maybe people will come to like it later on.

An idea that a friend of mine came up with involved a version of Spider-Gwen from a different version of TASM universe where she was bitten by the Spider instead of Garfield Peter. In her universe Peter eventually dies and she ends up heart broken. Eventually some sort of multiverse shenanigans would lead to Peter and Gwen meeting (they might have a tearful reunion.) They tell each other about how they lost their interest and eventually fall back in love. My friend wasn't sure what villain they'd end up fighting but they did say that the villain would require the two to team up.
Andrew's movies are the best I have been saying this since they came out!!!

I have different opinions about the Amazing Spider-Man, than you and most fans, and even Andrew Garfield, who didn't like the Amazing Spider-Man.. Sure, they have to take out some things, or maybe add things in the movie.. I might have saw some things different with adding Peter's Parents than most people see in it.. To them it may have no meaning in the movie, but to me,it needed to be there, and it had some interesting things in it, that it should have been in there well to me anyway... I can't get in too much specifics as to why.. Do you remember in the comics, that they did where his parents were CIA advents and they were about to expose the Red Skull, but they were caught and branded as traitors or terrorists.. In the movie, they had a twist in it, they were scientists, and they discovered the wrong doings.. They got caught which leads to their deaths.. Which leads him living with Uncle Ben, and Aunt May, he gets bitten by a radioactive or genetically modified spider, he used his powers wrecklessly, or trying to get the attention, Uncle Ben dies, and Peter becomes Spider-Man...
" With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility " Okay I lied, I went in one of the specifics of why this scene should be in there and had real meaning to me...
As for Spider- Man 3 here is my opinion maybe he should tackle Morbius first, like the comics have him grow out the extra arms like a spider, then at the end he gets cure and he looks like a human again..

Been reading the venom comics and one thing I learned abt symbiotes and specifically Cletus kasady and carnage is that they don’t die that easily and eating/absorbing a strong symbiote like carnage isn’t the simple end you’d think. Point in case, absorbing carnage lead to Eddie being possessed by carnage in arc following this in the comic. I think that would be pretty dope and would absolutely force a venom vs Andrew Garfield fight.
Plus it could really explore the mentality difference between Eddie and his symbiotes and their struggles on a more mental level like the venom (2018) comic series.
The Amazing spider man 1 was amazing despite whatever the fuck y’all be talking about. The second one wasn’t that good on its on but if u watch it while understanding the set up from the first movie it was decent. Kinda like how the dark knight was so good on its on that u didn’t need the set up of the first movie. But anyway, In all honesty the first amazing spider man might be the best spiderman besides no way home and spiderverse. A 3rd one could probably get away from all of the original muck because it’ll take place so much longer after the second one took place

Imagine if in tasm 3 they Tom Hardy's venom is in the same universe as Andrew Garfield's spiderman and Eddie and venom argue which causes venom to leave again and go to Andrew and then he gets the symbiot suit and then he gets to their flash and he becomes the villain and Andrew teams up with Eddie but then Andrew has to fight venom but at the end when he beats venom he gives him back to Eddie and then he gets a portal opening up to his universe but so he can return with Tom and Tobey in the end credit scene it shows him in the MCU again

If they made it a more small scale emotional piece with the centre point being Andrew dealing with his problems and meeting Mj and stuff would play more to Andrew’s phenomenal acting etc
I figured out when season 2 of Loki will come out.
Because season 1 of Loki will tie into Doctor Strange 2, that means that season 2 will begin where we last saw Loki in the movie. But that would spoil the movie, which means that to avoid any kind of spoilers for Doctor Strange 2, season 2 of Loki would have to release AFTER that. Probably around the time Doctor Strange 2 gets added to Disney+ and because it doesn’t release until May, that would mean that Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness would get added into Disney+ in… around July.

You know what, Amazing Spider Man wasn't so bad. In actually it was very forward thinking for 2012. The world wasn't ready for it being blinded by nostalgia with Tobey's and the thought of having more than 1 Spider man back then seems to be a crime. Andrew's Spider man wasn't given a chance to actually succeed. Fast forward to 2022, people are opened to more than 1 Spider man and all 3 portray a different version of the character in line with the comics.... Andrew's spidey is my favourite and I want to see it succeed. It is more realistic to a spider.......
this is just a made up thought in my mind about how will Miles's spiderman will get introduce in the MCU.
First is that Miles's spiderman exist on Tobey's universe. I know this sounds crazy but I'll share my ideas about this. Tobey's spiderman is coming to an end. Tobey's spiderman is already old, and it seems like Tobey's spiderman's life is already at an stable pace where he and mj living their lives almost perfectly and somehow make things work out for them (reference to no way home). Sony might just need to drop one last movie of Tobey's spiderman where he dies then introduce us to Miles morales spiderman. Yes, this is really crazy but it's already canon in the Sony-verse that there are 2spidermans in Miles Morales Universe, and the Peter Parker spiderman died in his universe and he put on the mask to be the next spiderman in his universe (reference to into the spider-verse).
2nd part is where the MCU comes in as the bridge to connect other universes. with all the ruckus happening in the MCU about the conflicts of universes, Miles's universe (and other universes) might caught up in the conflict that might results to being destroyed/completely wipe out in existence. this became even more crazier but hear me out. Miles's universe was originally wipe out in existence at one point and was saved and transported into a completely different universe. and my thoughts about this is that the universe where Miles will be transported will be Andrew's universe.
Now, here comes the last part where it gets very interesting. after being transported to Andrew's universe, Miles will look up to Andrew and Andrew will serve as a mentor for Miles. this way 2 spidermans exist in one universe and Andrew's spiderman got to mentor another spiderman just like in the comics where Peter Parker is mentoring Miles Morales. after all of these events, Miles and Andrew (or maybe it's just Miles) might get invited to travel around other universes and somehow Miles and Andrew (or just Miles) will somehow end up in Tom's universe where Tom is setting up the Young Avengers and Miles will stay on Tom's universe. this way Tom's spiderman will be able to join back the main New Avengers and Miles will take the spiderman spot of Tom in the Young Avengers in the MCU.
these are just all my crazy ideas, but this makes sense to me at some points. Welp, I'm just really hoping that Sony will release another Tobey and Andrews' spidermans film.

🕷🕸👍 As someone who originally avoided the Garfield movies because of the mixed reviews, I must say now I was absolutely wowed at how much I enjoyed them. Watched them back-to-back over the weekend and I think Garfield is my favorite of the three now. These movies are more dark and gritty, almost like Christopher Nolan had a hand in it and brought a little Dark Knight flair to the storytelling. And the whole angle of Peter's dad being an Osborn scientist that was forced to leave his son was an interesting twist on the lore despite what everyone said. I really hope Garfield gets more screen time as Spiderman.

Andrew’s Spidey is fucking awesome, but in no way you can say that his movies were well made, especially not Amazing Spider-Man 2, it was only enjoyable because of how stupid it was. Raimi’s Trilogy has the weakest characters imo (except Peter, Tobey’s Peter is the best Peter Parker). And Watts’ trilogy is probably the best (at least for me). Sure they didn’t mention Uncle Ben and made Tony a bit too important for Peter, but that was because of Avi Araad’s interference with John Watts’ vision. Far From Home is honestly the only movie where the flaws actually show, but Homecoming is fantastic and No Way Home is my favourite movie of all time.

I would be so excited for a TAS3 movie. Theres alot of potential for it. We need to actually see peters journey after Gwen's death and how it affected him as a person and as Spiderman rather than just hearing about it in no way home. It could be a darker and emotional movie. The villains and story may not be as good as they could be in Andrews movies but I still really like them. Andrew is the best Spiderman actor. He has incredible chemistry with Emma stone. The score is great and there are so many shots and scenes that are directed and produced in such a unique amazing way. Gwen's death is so emotional. Overall I'm just SO glad that Andrew is finally getting the attention he deserves! And as much as I absolutely love Tom Holland I personally think Andrew is the best spiderman
