I really don't understand why Casio insists on releasing new models without Tough Solar at the minimum.
Yes I agree. One of my favorite G Shocks would be the best if it was solar. I usually won't even buy one unless it's solar but I made an exception for this one
I went with the GMW-B5000SS. Pre order anyway. Honestly it's not my favorite looking one, but being a limited model with some cool little design features, I thought it'd be a good one to hold onto and maybe wear on special occasions.

Waiting for a disassembly video of the GBM-2100.
Just want to know if can replace the metal bezel with a resin bezel.
Because the resin bezel of the GA-2100 can't fit the GM-2100 because of a different mold on the case.
I like the dial and metalic indeces of the new GBM-2100 but I don't like the metal bezel because it is easy to get scratched so I need to know if we can replace the bezel with a resin bezel from a GA-2100/GA-B2100.
I think it will look great if can swap with a black resin bezel.

I’m late to the watch game, only have 4 watches until recently I got a cheap but nice looking $40 Casio watch, MTP-VD01L-1BV. Got my son one too, AQS800W. I began browsing what other watches Casio has in its line up and the Casioak caught my attention. Treated myself for the all black Casioak with Bluetooth and solar. Should come in today. I’ll be wearing it daily when picking up kids from school and nicer occasions. I know it’s pretty rugged but I would want another watch to wear for work and hikes. I’ve been using an Amazfit Bip smartwatch for everyday use. Got my eye on Garmin Instinct and H5600 but I know an Apple Watch Series 9 would get more uses for me. I like the GBD200 too. I need to fight my impulses. I just wish Apple Watch had better watch faces like official Casio and Gshock watch faces and I’d be set ha. Thanks for the video
