It's a good setup. I run mine just the same with a Comet ZWD4040G pump gravity fed with zero problems. Did the same with an Annovi RRV4G40, which I ran for 6 years before it bit the dust. I don't use an electric pump for softwash, but I do have a AR30 diagram pump running off an old Harbor Freight Predator 212cc I bought used for $50. Been in business for 10 years in FL all run out of an old 2009 F150. Cleared 80k last year not even working full time. I'm 62 years old, and I wouldn't change a damned thing. Rock on, JohnBoy!

Curious how are you running the soft wash hose through the garden hose reel. Is it hooked in to a garden swivel or? I built a similar skid to yours. Thanks for the inspiration!
If you're making $$$screw them I'm not interested in ar45 diagram pumps I still downstream I'm running a 4000 PSI 4 gallon a minute ar pump and I still make money I don't have all that fancy stuff like these other guys have I have the very basic and I still make money look at it this way at least you're making money all those fancy trailers all that money owed on fancy trailers rigs just keep on doing what is right fuck everyone elese i watch all your videos you got my respect
People get caught up with fancy equipment. Yes some of the things might make you faster. But your setup is a total money maker and it’s paid off. My setup is less than yours and I still get it done.

I got too many ideas... i wana start them all... it would be best to do a cheap beginner set up, and faze out the weak, reinvest in the strongest parts of my business... ill most likely do a cheaper build....
