@@GraveStrong man the problem could be any one or a combo of a number of things. I could dive into it further with you, but it is kind of hard to say without discussing it. One thing that has really helped me has been sitting in a squat for 3-5 minutes each day. It helps me to take stock of how mobile my hips, knees and ankles are feeling and try to work those joints looser as I sit. There are also definitely form considerations that are individual for each person.
That looks like a solid exercise. I have personally had issues with pain in the back of my knees while doing weighted Roman chairs. If I did not though, I would definitely do them more.
Your name is very quotable! It is only about a 5 minute drive. Not bad at all. Close enough to be convenient but still be a change of scenery when I need it.
495!!!! Just insane work
Thanks bro! Let’s keep stacking!
Absolutely crushed it in 2023! I don't see why 2024 will be any different 💪
Here is to hoping it is more of the same, man. I hope we both reach heights we haven’t seen before
@@babygiantbarbell1014 Cheers to that bro 🍻
You killed it man, your squat has improved so much, ROM is deep!!!
Thanks bro! I am very very pleased with how far my squat has come. I know it is only a matter of time before I squat 6 plates.
Good stuff ! 👍🏻💪
Thanks Wilson!
Yes sir
Great squats my guy!
Thanks bro! You have been here long enough to see how far my squat has come!
Strong!!
Thanks man! 5 plates was a huge goal of mine of years, so hitting it for reps feels great!
@@babygiantbarbell1014 Do you have any advice for low bar? I am trying to incorporate it but I feel like I cant get depth very easily

Something I am doing right now to get my dead lift up replacing RDL is barbell back extensions on a Roman chair 6+ reps

Hey! I heard my name! How far is your gym away from your house?

@@babygiantbarbell1014 5 minutes definitely ain’t too bad. At one point, I had a 45 minute drive to the gym.
@@HomeGymHacksandReviews man I couldn’t do it.
