Yeah if I'm honest was OK at first but the longer I had it it got to much specially in the lower revs around 30mph would scream in the higher rev range tho
C_ Cannings83 dang, I have a the same bike but blue I was wondering how many miles and what kind of maintenance did u do I have around 37k on it and I been wondering about doing a valve check and timing chain but I don't know if I really need it bike is running great just Wana know other people opinions on the bike

Those original carburated R6 from 1999-2002 sounded like monsters compared to newer models.
True they are beasts. i have a slip on yoshi for my 01 but this pipe sounds a little more mean

Not sure if you’ll see this but what jetting did you run I have the same exhaust on mine atm.
I didn't adjust anything like that just simply bolted on the exhaust and run it like that

I'm not sure mine only had 13k on it was very low mileage so only did a basic service on it
