- This video is of Ciara's 6 guidelines for living with alopecia. In a nutshell, they are:
💜Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Process your difficult emotions, don’t ignore them.
💛Talk about it. A diary, friends, the family are therapists are all great options.
💚Don’t hide it (this is Ciara’s opinion) she found that telling and showing people made her feel less shame around her alopecia.
💜Do all the stuff! You can still do all the things you loved before you got alopecia!
💛Learn to laugh about it. Even when things are really hard, when you learn to laugh at it you find more happiness, ease, and empowerment!
