Dave that's a nice option but I'm like you got to have my computer and don't really trust wifi. The more I see this machine the more I want one. LOL
Thanks for watching Larry. I appreciate your support.
My Roly laser is sort of like what you now have. The laser acts as a web site and a wireless access point and my phone's browser lets me control everything over wireless. At something like a craft show, this can be helpful. You don't need access to the exhibit space's wifi, and you can run everything outdoors such as in the parking lot. You could have a carload of pre-made products and an SD card loaded with the tool paths to custom carve the 5,000 most popular baby names.
Thanks for watching Harry. You make an interesting point.
Thats pretty cool Dave, But I prefer the bigger monitor. I did notice that you did not put the screw back in after you took it out to sneak the wires around it. Another Great video... as always
Good eye Troy. I realized I forgot to put that screw in after I had put the cover back on. Thanks for watching.
Great video Dave/ Thank you.
Cool
Thanks for watching John. Much appreciated.
Now that there are 4 extra, unprotected, random wires sticking out of the control box with a plastic case on the end, where are you going to put it on the machine so the wiring doesn't get damaged and the box is out of the way? Sorry for the negativity but they went to great lengths to hide / protect the machine wiring on the Pro and Reno and then just let the probe and the "wireless" controller just hang out there wherever, looking like these were afterthought items that they didn't know what to do with so just leave it to the buyer to figure it out.
Thanks for watching Steve. I appreciate your support. I don't know how much I would use the wifi since I keep a laptop right beside it, but it's still nice to have the option.
