"Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They're fast, faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away and *don't blink!* Good luck."
There was actually a Eastenders/Doctor Who crossover called Dimensions in time in 1993. It was for Children in Need and had some (rather poor) 3d elements. Also, I only found this podcast when you started to upload to UA-cam. Happy to be up to date and able to comment/contribute as it goes forward. :)
As far as nath'a pitch for magnum/quantum, magnum pi did do a 2-part crossover with murder she wrote, and there was a murder that was pinned on magnum and jessica had to prove his innocence - magnum pi aired part one and murder she wrote aired part two
Well the Angels may have been in a weakened state but zapping people into the past is not something they do for sh!ts & giggles, that is _how_ they feed. So I'm not sure the argument holds water.
I'm just watching these as someone who doesn't get much enjoyment out of Doctor Who in general, but why did the guys get Dave to watch these episodes if the idea is to make him a fan? Sounds like nobody was on board with these episodes so a strange choice to throw him in here 😅
Well they were trying to do a overview/crash course of each era/Doctor. So at the end you need to do some Chibnall/Jodie episodes, same as they did the New-Trek trilogy to end the Star Trek pods. Yeah, obviously Dave can't claim he's become a fan, but he is more interested in Who then he was at the start, so it's a positive shift. I suppose I moght have lent more towards the Christmas specials. They tended to be the mass audience, popular appeal, easy watching episodes that bring audiences into Who. Like my mum didn't watch Who weekly, but she'd always watch it with us at Christmas, and she enjoyed those episodes. But in the pod they're trying to do specific episodes from era, not just the biggest, most successful ones.
Jodie's era got screwed over with piss poor writing. Could have been amazing but just ended up being let down but garbage scripts. Rob, don't ever watch the Flux, you'll probably hate it. The flux and timeless child were absolute garbage and only divided the fandom. I was one of those hoping RTD would retcon it but he didn't have to balls to get rid of the worst new who concept ever.

Graham is married to Ryan's grandma, not mum. They met when she was his nurse when he had cancer, which is why he needs the health checks.
