Ooooo buddy... I thought my max speed was 6.4 mph, but I learned something new today! I wasn't able to do 8 mph but I did do 7. I felt like I was going to fly off the treadmill at 8 mph, and had to grab on to hit that 7 button. Thanks for the motivation and humor Rachael - you are an awesome coach! Oldie but goodie. After a week of lead feet TODAY was MY day. This was awesome. Hit all the top speed in the last two sections.Just feel amazing. Thank you and have a great weekend.

This is AMAZING!!!! I honestly had been waiting years for a video like this!!!!! I was always using templates to get something similar to Barry's!!! Thank you SO SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! Love the guided felt amazing!!!! So much better then staring at the template times haha I can't wait to try it again!
Finally felt strong enough to bring my speed up to a 9.5, which is .8 faster than my usual max sprinting speed 🏃♀️💪 definitely feeling that in my glutes
