    1) 5 40lbs Curl Overhead Presses 5 Reps On Bench
    2) 4 45lbs Curl Overhead Presses 4 Reps On Bench
    3) 3 50lbs Curl Overhead Presses 3 Reps On Bench
    2) 2 55lbs Curl Overhead Presses 2 Reps On Bench
    1) 1 60lbs Curl Overhead Presses 1 Rep On Bench
