This is so helpful!! Most couponing sites just say you can only use you're WC on a Buy deal. Probably because explaining it is in depth. Lol BUT you nailed it. I totally get it now. I've had $26 in WC for months now and want to spend some but also earn. Now I can! Thank you!

This has happened to me 3 times in a row where i had ZERO store coupons & my total before manufactor coupons was WELL over the $20 spend amount and I didn't get the $5. I called customer service and they keep telling me the $20 spend amount is after store & manufactor coupons. Its frustrating they don't know their own rules
It is frustrating when they don’t know their own policy.
I would have asked to speak to her manager or I would have returned it and done the deal with another cashier or gone to another store. I understand you being upset. I would be too.

Thanks for your great explanations of using coupons, Walgreens Cash and Register Rewards. These policies have always been very confusing to me and your explanations help a great deal.
I'd like to ask a question about digital manufacturer coupons clipped on the Walgreens App. According to the app, only 1 digital manufacturer coupon for a particular product will apply at checkout. I asked the manager if I bought multiples of that item and had multiple digital manufacturer coupons for that product, would they apply? She said on manufacturer coupons, it was usually "one and done." Is that your experience using digital manufacturer coupons? I was trying to make a "spend deal," but ended up splitting the order into separate transactions to make sure that the manufacturer coupons would apply.
Normally if I have two manufacturer coupons and two items, both will apply. This is always the case with curbside orders. I’ve noticed in-store, sometimes only one coupon will
Apply. I have no idea what it would be different curbside and in store. It should apply both of you have two items and two coupons. (Or 4 items and 4 coupons, etc)

can you combine spend deals in one transaction? For example.. Spend $20 on Nexxus get $10 WC, Spend $10 on Tresseme get $5 WC and a spend booster of spend $20 get $5 WC. If you have a few other items in your order and your total spent on coupons equals $20 can that count for the spend amount on both the Tresseme and the Nexxus deal or would you need to spend $30 total in cash or coupons to get the spend deal for both deals. I know the booster can count with the Nexxus deal, but do you have to add more out of pocket to also get the Tresseme deal spend requirement or is it covered since its lower than the $20 requirement of the other 2 deals. (hope I said that clearly enough)
I’m following your question. I think you’d have to hit both amounts. So, $30 total for the spend $20 (nexxus)+ The spend $10 (tresseme). But I’m not 100% sure. Can anyone else speak to this?

I know this video is older but have you made a video that explains what it means when people say they are building up their transaction?
It just means they are putting items together using coupons and rebate apps to be able to use a specific amount of Walgreens cash or coupons/RR. Most people who use that phrasing are trying to come up with the lowest out of pocket cost.

I got the spend $40 dollars get $20 and I did a purchase for $65 but I used a paper cupón spend $20 get $6 cash reward reward and at the end I didn’t get the $20 from the spend $40. Is it possible that when you use the paper one, you don’t get the digital deal? Thankssss
You should have gotten the $20 from what you’re telling me. I’d have to see the receipt to tell you why. Did you have the spend $40 clipped AND access your account at checkout?
Hi, I'm confused & was hoping you could help. On the spend deals where you are spending to gain register rewards does it not work the same way as the spend deals for wc? I did a spend deal the other day for RR & I used wc to pay $5 of my total & still received my RR. I was only a dollar over my spend amount. In this video you say when doing a spend deal for wc you can only use wc for any amount over the spend amount so is this only apply if the deal is for wc? Sorry if I've confused you with my question lol I am new to this & Walgreens couponing is much different from anywhere else I've couponed
If you get an RR back, you can use Walgreens cash with no issues.

And here is my question, can we use digital boosters like “spend $25 get $7 WCash” multiple times as long as these coupons are in your account? Or are we limited by just one time?

Hi I got a 4 RR manufacturers coupons compliments from unilver from dove 🕊 body wash can I use this on a different dove item also using a Booster with it and count as MFC. Thanks
You cannot use an RR from the same promotion, even if it’s a different item within that promotion.
Do you need to deduct the sales tax from what you are paying oop… to add with the manufacturer coupons to reach spend amount?
You have to reach spend amount before any tax.

How does Walgreens coupons like SAVE15 (15 percent on 40) work on spend deals? Will that mess up Walgreens cash? Do you have to go over?
You would have to hit the spend amount after the 15% comes off. It’s considered a store coupon. Have you checked out my video on how to use Walgreen‘s cash on a spend deal? That might help understand a bit better as well

You can use both. You would need to spend $20. The easy answer is to say you can’t, but you can the way I explained it here.
No- only one manufacturer coupon per item (regardless of digital or paper).

I have another question......
I had a $10 mfc coupon to buy anything in the store from the Catalina, a $5 p&g Catalina, and a $3 gillette Digital. I bought 2 gillette razor products. Only the $10 mfc and the $3 digital came off... would I needed to buy another product (a filler) to get the p&g to come off?? Because it's 1 mfc per item.

Yes. As long as they are manufacturer coupons.
Hi Christina so I went to my Walgreens and wanted to use my booster I did everything correct and the girl told me I can’t use it because it’s not enough I told her as long as the coupons meet with our pocket cash 💰 I can she said no that’s now there’s a new policy and we can’t use Walgreens cash also with it she got me so upset 😭 so I left empty handed but customer service told me I can in fact use wcash. It was a long morning for me
I’m sorry you had that experience. Unfortunately, Walgreens employees aren’t always fully trained and provide incorrect info. It’s hard to keep up with all of their policies.
How do I use a paper booster and a digital booster at the same time? Is there a specific time when I should hand over the paper booster?
Make sure the digital booster is clipped to your card. I hand the paper booster first (before other paper coupons, but after scanning my card/entering phone number), but I’m not sure it actually matters.

It would count against you. So, if you had to spend $20 and you had $20 worth of products and then used that $5 store Coupon, it would reduce your total to $15 and you’d need to buy $5 more worth of products to reach $20

Those aren’t boosters that you are referring to. Those are register rewards.

No. You don’t earn it until it’s paid for. So, you can’t use it until the next transaction you do.

Curbside pickup? You can use Walgreens cash to pay- but you have to do it when placing your order. You cannot use RR for curbside pickup

On the detailed example that was 14 dollars oop you said you can spend 4 on Walgreens cash and then 10 oop. Why can’t you use all 14 on Walgreens cash
Because you can’t redeem that amount ever. There are specific increments you can redeem for any transaction.
