  • This video explores the complex nature of testosterone and challenges common misconceptions surrounding this hormone. It emphasizes the significance of testosterone to our well-being and points out how it often faces unwarranted judgment. The author suggests taking a deeper dive into understanding the true essence of testosterone.
The video highlights that testosterone is not just a symbol of masculinity or aggression; rather, it plays a crucial role in bone strength, muscle mass, menstrual cycles (for women), and various other aspects of our lives. It discusses the delicate ecosystem of the body, where signals from the brain regulate testosterone levels to maintain equilibrium. However, disruptions can occur due to factors like age, disease, and lifestyle habits, leading to a range of effects from mood shifts to changes in libido.
Mike provides numerical information, stating that after the age of 40, males experience a gradual decrease in testosterone levels, and imbalances can have widespread effects. The passage introduces the concept of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as a potential solution, emphasizing that it's not a one-size-fits-all approach. The choice of TRT should be tailored to an individual's needs.
The benefits of TRT are outlined, including increased muscle mass, fat reduction, improved mental agility, and enhanced mood. However, the passage also underscores the importance of weighing the pros and cons and seeking advice to determine if TRT is the right path for an individual. It acknowledges the role of experts in guiding individuals through this decision-making process.
The overarching message is that understanding testosterone goes beyond stereotypes and is essential for acceptance and well-being.

I'm 46 and convinced my testosterone levels are low so talked to my doctor and he just screwed his face up and was completely disinterested and said I look okay. It's a joke how doctors know hardly anything about testosterone levels and don't even want to talk about it.

Get your blood tested even if you have to pay privately. If you need it, TRT will change your life.

I'm sorry to hear that your parents are not understanding your health issues. It can be really tough when the people closest to us don't fully understand what we're going through. Hang in there and know that there are others who can relate and support you.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoy watching my videos. As for your question, the reason why testosterone gel is not recommended anymore is because studies have shown that injections are more effective and get absorbed more quickly. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Thanks Mike, had the pleasure of speaking to you personally about a year!
Been a customer of yours for nearly 3 years I believe and delighted. Injecting Cypionate at your drs recommended dose.
Let’s say after a struggle with the NHS over TRT you guys have given me what I wanted. The feeling of normality!
Thank you Mike and all at BMH.
