As Disney Pixar up fan,i used to love this
In my country 10 years ago, for the international balloon festival, they made a house and put balloons in it.
Defiantly the coolest vid I saw this year so far
Defiant is it? What does the video defy?
The video is definitely the coolest video I've seen this year so far though.
He looks like a nice guy who’s at peace and loves what he does
Nice video
For me that would be my nightmare not my dream. Braver than I am.

very good
@48 seconds "Take her with you." "You're an idiot!"
That would be funny. I re-listened to it, at 48-seconds. He does say 'Take her with you!'--- and the other voice says her name "Nidia." Now, that's not to say I'm not an idiot; it's just not what was said at the launch (at least, not what was said out loud....)
amazing

Very cool! Is there any reason the craft could not have kept going? Do the balloons leak helium that quickly?
I just looked at the link in the description, it said he calculated he could have made it 1,500 miles but had to stop there, because 1,500 miles would have been in the middle of the atlantic ocean. But still, why only 1,500 miles? Seems like you could go on until so much helium leaks out and you run out of ballast. There must be something I'm ignorant of in how ballooning works.
Either you control the descent or the balloons will, and the balloons don't care about having a safe landing area.
the balloons are bigger and float longer than normal party balloons
jealous, though tbh...im massively scared of heights. sooo id probly shit myself lol. but ive always wanted to fly like that. Awsome video man! Glad you flew/landed safely! the universal dream of the entire human race.
Landed safely this dumb ass landed in a tree as a pilot for 40 years now I knew this was a bad idea there a reason why we don't use party balloons lmao
How does he directs himself ?
good
the baloon man
Nice but how did you get down

@@haddalee1622 hahahah me too,
Amazing..
wow
Yo me y amor Jonathan
I wonder if people a couple thousand years from now will look back on this video and be pissed about how much of that precious element Helium was used up... Did they or can they salvage and reuse most of that helium though?
Jay Flippen The helium goes right back into the atmosphere lol
Unfortunately helium is so light that it tends to gradually drift out of our atmosphere and be lost to space, so if we keep doing stuff like this, supplies of helium on earth will eventually run out
SOO AMAZING
"Your dream is coming true"
Lembrei do padre do balão.
How can he still breath in that altitude. I saw another vid of david Blaine doin the same thing he barely can breathe.

I thought, I was told that the air was extremely thin way up there. How did he breath for over 450 miles? I guess I was lied to again. Oh well, good video.
He carried 3 separate oxygen cylinders up there
sailing on the wind
Hhhap
The balloons could've popped from the heat, but i guess not.
