    👋 WHO AM I:
Hi, I'm Kenny. I'm an Emotional Mastery Coach, Podcaster, and Author. I founded The Greatness Movement (www.thegreatnessuniversity.com/) to help people achieve emotional mastery and become the greatest version of themselves.
    🤯 MY MISSION
The science is now overwhelming. Every relational, economic, political, and social problem originates from unhealed childhood emotional pain.
Currently, our society looks for solutions to these social maladies in every other possibility but the actual source of the problem. Making things more difficult is that our unhealed emotional pain is also responsible for avoiding the source of the problem. That is why these maladies have continued for generations.
As a society, we are all stuck in the Worst Day Cycle.
Therefore, the mission of The Greatness Movement is to conquer that long avoided frontier. To do that, we need new knowledge that can be developed into a skill and ultimately refined into a tool to heal that pain and stop the generational transference of The Worst Day Cycle. In short, we need emotional mastery.

Yesterday I felt like crying. Today I am smiling, and not expecting anyone else to make me happy.

Thank you Kenny. The devil will keep you ruminating and victimized. I am so glad I learned that I have to advocate for myself in letting people in my life. I am getting stronger. I binge watch Impractical Jokers to stay sane.

The narcissist that broke me open, helped me see the people in my life that were also manipulating, gaslighting and abusing me, it was sad, but I had to let go of more than one relationship, but it was a good thing.

I find things that I enjoy. I recently found out I am a good bread maker. I also am working on mastering my interests. Baking interests me. I watch videos on icing and frosting baked goods. I also am retired from the medical field and found my gift in life. My love and understanding of dogs led me to dog sitting. I have a few regulars pups and get great joy. I'm also getting paid for something I enjoy. The positive feedback from the happy pups and their parents gives me positive affirmationtions.

The music one is amazing. My nex constantly listened to Taylor Swift break up songs and that’s when I was sure the discard was imminent.

Yes, take responsibility for why we were with an unhealthy person. We need to fix ourselves. I've realized why I put up with it. My fault also. It takes two to tango.

I knew I chose mine. I knew it from the beginning, it was just easier not to see it, easier to look the other way, easier to justify, and make excuses. The only person I fooled is myself, but at the end it lead me here watching this. And I’m great full for that, but it still hurts ,I guess that’s why I turned the other way, because I knew it will. Thank you for the teaching.

Thank you for helping me to get closure Kenny. I’ve forgiven myself for the huge part I played by ignoring the red flags and very clear information I had right in front of me. I now thank “him” for helping me to heal by realizing I need to heal from the inside out!

What if you didn't pick the narcist, but the narcist is your older brother. I actually feel sad for him. It must be very painful and lonely to be this way. Even though I love my older brother, I stay far away from him. I chose the people I want in my life now. I still have a lot to learn on boundaries, thanks to you.

Yes, divert your thought immediately. That goes for anything negative. For me, focusing on the past e.g. Wishing I could have done different to alleviate my current situation does not work. I'm accepting the here and now and making myself happier.

Learning about the narc can help you leave, just don’t wait until you know everything or it can be analysis paralysis.

This is so true!!! I attracked the Narc because I wanted to a Narc so I could recreate my childhood with my mother (Narc) I wanted to control ghe Narc and fix my childhood or I wanted to take all my anger out on tge new Narc maybe both.....I had to accept my part in order to get better and STOP being a victim so I could chose to live not just exist!

You can’t change the narcissist’s perspective, but you can change your perception of needing their approval and they will change for good.

Not sure where you get the idea that women have thousands of offers from men. Say what?? Lol I haven't been approached by a man for decades. Oh sure, some occasionally flirt with off-color remarks, but approached respectfully, by a single guy? Just doesn't happen. Maybe for others, but not this woman.
