69 Camaro Autocross Cal Club CAMT - Ep. 49

This sure doesn't suck! I got to drive Efrain Diaz's beautiful and fast 1969 Camaro at a local SCCA event with Cal Club. Last minute idea to try and get a codrive while back in SoCal visiting family turned into a great morning of autocross! Since moving away from Southern California, I'm now like the rest of the country which doesn't get to autocross in the winter so this was a fun treat.

Hi Gene. The next video out this weekend is about my 68 Camaro. If you mean my 67 Mustang then that will be the video after. So hopefully a new Mustang video in about 1.5 weeks. Shoulder is good. Still not as strong as my other side but it doesn’t interfere in my life so no complaints from me!

does that car have blown dampers? it was bouncing quite a lot

I don’t think so. The shocks were revalved a few months before that. I think it was just set too stiff that day. But since this was the last event before being taken apart I can’t say for sure.
