What a fantastic video. Huge fan of Tony's podcast work and especially Unpolished newsletter. Real treat following his watch editorial journey and one of my favorites in the industry.
I agree with Tony. I too like older watches. My all time favorite is my Seiko 6139-6005, have been wearing it since 1976. My other favorite (and non-round case) is my Patek 5135 in yellow gold.
I am not much of a vintage collector or vintage curious collector but I totally understand the charm of them and the fact these were truly handmade watches. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
You are teasing me again with that Glashutte Marco.....I am trying to be good but really need that watch on stainless bracelet. Such a beautiful watch.
Haha just added the Panoinverse to my collection and have been absolutely loving it. Such an incredible watch with phenomenal value overall. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
Burdeen's gives me so much freedom it is like I am managing my own business under the Burdeen's umbrella. Truly is a huge blessing to be a part of such an amazing company and great team 🙏
What’s going on with Hodinkee? I know they are going back to just watched but dude…. EVERYONE is leaving. Other than Ben Clymer James Stacy is the only OG reviewer left.
Tough to say but here's hoping Hodinkee returns to what made them great because they are a huge asset to watch collectors and the watch industry no doubt! 🙏
Great content. More interviews like this. Bidding on a 16710 Swiss only later today. Swiss only more collectible? Will bring my total to 7 GMTs. Gotta start selling instead of buying.
I prefer a 37mm AP as I just feel the proportions are better. It is the only one that follows similar proportionalities to the 39mm jumbos. The 41mm APs I just find to be way too big and gearish. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
Thanks for having me Marco & Burdeens -- excited to have you in Chicago and seeing everything you're doing!

Excellent video and great channel. Thanks for consistently putting out great content.
Thank you so much I truly appreciate the kind words and support 🙏
Tony is a great guy. I sat next to him on a flight from NYC to Paris.
He truly is! Always great to talk watches with a passionate enthusiast like Tony 🙏
Outstanding video.I have to go with the MAMACOO, especially with that green dial as my favorite
Tony show up to meet me while I was passing by Chicago for a deep pan! What a guy 😊
That's awesome! Hope you enjoyed this conversation 🙏
was an epic meetup!
I typically wear vintage Patek or Vacheron.
Some amazing values to be had from both brands in the vintage world! Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
Great video - thank you!
Thank you! 🙏
My kids are inheriting the pots and pans. The watches are coming with me. 😆 3:03
Now they’ll know to dig them up, and you won’t be able to do anything about it. 😂
That's the spirit!! Hope you enjoyed this 🙏

Great video guys!
Thank you so much! 🙏
2 nice watch guys! You both are doing better now on your own
Thank you so much for the support 🙏
The more influential you are the more casual you can dress. Casual flex
Marco always in the suit now. Looking sharp. I predict you’ll have your own business selling.

Hodinkee’s main achievement at this point is Ben Clymer’s wealth.
Tough to say but here's hoping Hodinkee returns to what made them great because they are a huge asset to watch collectors and the watch industry no doubt! 🙏
James the best

Hard to say if Swiss only will be more collectible. Personally I don't think it will make a difference. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
That AP 36 mm is delicious

Damn, i didn't know Tony left
You can keep following his work on his newsletter I linked it in the description 🙏
Guys, cool video! One thing, try saying, "Glas- Hütte"".
Not so easy for Americans to pronounce it the proper way lol but will try for the future 🙏
@MarcoFerranteWatches think of "pizza hut(te)" or "Jabba the hut(te)".
