I worked for EVGA's customer support team in 2016-2019. I can tell you, our call wait lines were never more than 30 seconds. they had a total of 17 people in the call center on rotation maybe 10 people on site, and we serviced globally, 24/7. Big RIP. Even with the 1080 TI Fiasco where all agents were getting close to 70-100 calls a day those wait times were never more than 30 seconds before we reached you.

@@joshuawitzaney3230 His OC logic is trash. You'd be better off going somewhere else to learn about how to properly OC your GPU. In fact I'll give you a quick rundown on how to get better scores and results.
      1. Establish your max stable OC.
      a. Using MSI Afterburner, max out your power limit, max out your Temp limit, max out Fans, and max out core voltage slider.
      b. Start with OC'n the Core. When you crash back it down a "boost bin" (usually 12-15mhz depending on GPU make and model)
      c. OC you memory next. Some cards can do 1500+ on memory. Some cards are below 1000 mhz (Silicon Lottery).
      d. Watch out for artifacting. It's a sign things might not be stable. Back it down ~25mhz every time you see artifacting or crashes.
      2. Maximize your potential.
      a. Lower your desktop resolution to 720p-1080p (This can get you more points).
      b. In Nvidia Control Panel, in Global settings, set Texture Filtering to "Performance" and apply.
      c. For Radeon users do whatever is equivalent for "Performance" in any of the filtering options in the Radeon panel.
      d. It may help to set "Prefer Maximum Performance" in Nvidia CP Global settings as well.
      3. Tips and Tricks.
      a. Do your benchmarks as soon as you boot your PC. This is the coldest your PC will likely be.
      b. Also, consider the ambient temperature in the room. Lower ambient temps mean lower GPU temps which will result in more performance i.e. open a window in the middle of winter for better temps.
      4. Optimize your Windows/OS environment.
      a. In Windows type in search "Adjust the appearance or performance of windows" or type in the search box in "settings" "performance". This will open up "Performance options" window. In the "Visual Effects" tab select "Best Performance" radial button and "apply".
      b. Close and uninstall any unneeded bloat and software using Task Manager.
      c. Disable any Hyper-V and Virtualization features in windows.
      d. Disable Core Isolation in Windows Security.
      e. Disable Bitlocker if enabled.
      f. You should also close MSI afterburner and any monitoring software for best results. Make sure to apply your OC settings before you close Afterburner.
      5. But wait there's more.
      a. OC your other components to the highest stable.
      b. OC your CPU and RAM.
      c. Tune your RAM for tighter timings. The Lower your latency on RAM the higher score you will get (Yes! RAM performance can impact a graphics benchmark).
      d. Make sure your CPU cores aren't parked by using 3rd party software like "QuickCPU".
      e. Ensure you are on "Ultimate" power plan in Windows.
      d. I recommend disabling "Advanced C States" in your bios for Intel as well.
      e. Enable "Resizable Bar" in your bios settings. (in some benchmarks turning Resizable Bar off is beneficial)

    I've been watching JTC for a good few years now and I've come up with a JTC drinking game. The rules are as follows;
    - Everytime Jay says "I digress.." - drink 3 fingers
    - Everytime Phil laughs off-camera - drink 2 fingers
    - Everytime Jay accidently drops something - drink 5 fingers if it's fine and take a shot if it's broken
    - Everytime Nick actually appears on camera - drink for the duration of Nicks on-screen time
    - Everytime Jay presses F and pays respects to EVGA not doing GPUs any more - drink 3 fingers
    - Everytime Jay bemoans the amount of fan & RGB cabling for non-daisychainable fans - drink 4 fingers and if Corsair Commander Pro is mentioned take another finger
    - Everytime "IFIXIT" is said (must be shouted just like the advert), outside of the advert - drink 5 fingers
    - Everytime Jay gets a static shock - drink 3 fingers
    - Everytime a CoolerMaster product is mentioned and the product name is said like: "CoolerMasterMasterLiquidMasterCoolerCoolerLiquidMaster" etc.. - drink 3 fingers
    - Everytime Jay attempts a massive manual overclock and crashes the system - drink 5 fingers
    - Everytime Jay pushes the power button and forgets either the PSU switch is off or the power is disconnected - drink 3 fingers
    - Everytime a naughty word is dubbed by Nick - drink 2 fingers
    - Everytime a component is overclocked but the benchmark score is lower than before, causing confusion - drink 3 fingers
I've watched 3 videos today and needless to say, midway through the 2nd video I was absolutely steaming.
