Thanks for filming and for your sense of humour.Beautiful countryside view at 12.42 .
Ah! The beautiful spring in England!
I fell asleep twice during this highly entertaining video Sir Julian...
Is that a new record?
An eclectic mix of bags on that bike, Julian, impressive that you’ve made sure nothing matches. Glad you are not a slave to making sure everything is coordinated
Just a “Nice” though, since non-drive side, valves not lined up etc
You need to watch 'Jules Rules.' Link here:
I love your mates orange raincoat. On a ride in grim weather like that it would have lifted my spirits.
Thanks Amanda. The vast majority of my viewers are male - are my videos very ‘male-centric?’ (Genuine question).
@@JulianHutchings No I don't believe so. If your humorous dialogue was very masculine I doubt I would listen to it.
Love the Kask white helmet
Nice ride a long one , great bike looked like a cold test of positivity
Need to get some floats at Virginia waters as no sign against riding or floating Boaticles!👍🤣🚴
A hot bath after a good workout, on the bike. My ideal kind of day, which I will be having tomorrow.
Brilliant...if Derek & Clive had a cycling channel...🤣
Thanks!
Un travelogue, maintaining the English tradition of bad French! No cycles pushed or otherwise! Carry the thing! Pedestrian. Worst that could happen: Jay walking! Who'd turn you in, your neighbor! Receive citation in the mail. David Cameron? I didn't expect the distance, could do that Kph over the distance.
Hampton Court? No, he always walks that way! Boom Boom! Er yes, more crap jokes please, as you can tell, I do like a crap joke.
Most famous resident of Henley on Thames used to be George Harrison. (well, he lived just outside Henley in fact, in a properly big gaff surrounded by a large wall) - It's the only Henley on Thames fact I know, well, that and it's also home to Brakspear's Brewery. Forget that old bridge, the brewery is the best use of bricks and mortar in that town. Fantastic old building.
Good ride!
Havn't watched it yet Julian, but being exiled here in Ireland now for 13 years, im already feeling violently homesick in anticipation...you're actually gonna be cycling on my home turf
Shame about the weather, but great routes all round the Thames Valley
More silly jokes please
Did you think of carying your bikes to keep "them" happy? I assume you have the anti-grav option fitted to the advanced technical material on the down tube.
Bianchi of Croydon!
Nice to see you had a good ride out even if it was a bit wet on occasion, and looking even slimmer , Can I ask what make are your Cycling Glasses you wear Please , ride safe .
Hi, they're Nike with prescription lenses.
@@JulianHutchings Thank you ,i,m after some with Prescription lenses and notice they fit a treat under your helmet , cheers Paul.
As a veteran cyclist on such a long ride in the rain, do you re-apply chamois cream mid-ride or, with years of riding behind you, has your undercarriage developed the durability of an old leather boot?
I put a leather boot down my shorts. Works well, but the laces can chafe after a while.
Did you see Lucy Worsley at Hampton Court?
Yes, she has the tea concession.
@@JulianHutchings Is that why she was at the Boston Tea Party in "American Histories Biggest Fibs?"
I've also been to that restaurant, overpriced and poor meal supplied.
Gave up after three ads for Cadburys in the first 6 minutes
The food bank won’t thank you.
Try it now - I got rid of the mid video ad breaks.
@@JulianHutchings I'm happy to support the food bank via modest advertising, but 15 sec ads every 2 minutes is YT taking the mick, especially when it's for obesity inducing, fat and white sugar laden chocolate!
@@JulianHutchings Much better, nice to see the Mason getting some saddle time.
Backward little England
It sounds asif your talking through your teeth.
I am!
