    I goofed by laying off legs my legs get big fast usually , but recently I stopped even doing them because I was doing spin class ,at the same time I reduced protein intake and lost muscle in my legs , they got week around the knee ,so at moment I have loose knees and a very dangerous issue actually . It's going to take about 10 more weeks to get them back to normal.

      What are you smoking? Do you desire to be any kind of Athlete? Try any kind of running without good strong Hamstrings. Aside from making them bigger if you have say strong quads and weak hamstrings thats called a musculat imbalance and will cause big problems. I know because I just got over a strained hamstring from from sprinting. Guess what you have to do to fix that? If you said rest and Ice you would be 100% incorrect. Yes you want to rest and ice for a few days but unless you strengthen that Hamstring it won't go away. Strengthening muscles and tendons is how you fix them. The best exercise for Hamstrings the Nordic GHD they didn't even list here.
