my desk is very thick, so can I remove the desk clamp supplied and change it to a wider clamp that I bought?

I was literally thinking on using this arm with my fujifilm xt3 and you just put it as example. this is perfect!!!
My xt3 with the 7artisans 25mm its gonna be a light combo for this arm

I don’t have blue yeti but this mic arm has two adapters so check it first, if one of those adapters are compatible then it will work for sure
