Fruit doesn't really help sugar cravings. You have to almost gaslight yourself into eating it because it's not going to satiate.

you didn’t have to call me out so loud ma’am🥲 i’ve been struggling really hard with driving. i have so much anxiety around the thought of it because i lost 5 classmates in car accidents since the 8th grade. it’s been holding me back for so long and i constantly beat myself up for not driving. it’s a change i need to make and im determined to overcome the discomfort and fear that i feel around it. Thank you so much for this! Buying the guide now🩷

I have driving phobia too. My wish is to eventually move to walkable city. But for me I started out on side roads even if it was more drive time compared to Grant Theft Auto highways.
Or depending I would drive to friends house then meet and drive up there with them at the location if it was somewhere very far and I was nervous.
I lost my car due to accident but got a new one. It’s been about 2 1/2 hrs since I drove and I def had to work my way up to be comfortable even driving it.
I also don’t care if it’s real or not. I recently bought my the the go to protection crystals for cars for my car. Anything to make me comfortable so buying 2 lil crystals for it. Sure.

@@katrinabrown3561 my mom would scream or physically overreact in the car. I cried every single time with her. Learning with my cousin was an okay experience but the instructor was the best. He was super calm and wasn’t bringing his own fears or anxiety into the situation. It makes a big difference. That environment and stress breeds mistakes. It was worth the cost to have a stress free experience.
