In this video I share more about my upcoming move to Canggu, Bali. There is a lot that has shifted and changed in my life since moving to Bali 3 months ago and it has felt like a lot of endings and new beginnings. Today we explore a couple of my favourite places: the market, Yoga Barn, Dharma & Alchemy. I have really enjoyed my time in Ubud, what do you guys think the future holds?

Absolutely gorgeous and the views are amazing. I’m sure your next chapter will have lots of spiritual learning, learning new skills, and learning to fully accept yourself. I will say the manifestation culture is very mlm and pyramid scheme. It says that if you don’t have the fancy car or fancy house or perfect relationship that you are to blame. It blames you for not having a high enough vortex or not out weighing the negative enough. It puts all this blame and depressing feelings when maybe what you want is not what you are supposed to get in life. I do believe we can be conscious creators and have a “great-full” life but only with alignment with the universe. Once we are out of alignment, negative, or expecting too much then we get hit with a life lesson. Karma comes around shows what needs to be healed. I think manifestation gives false hope of a perfect life when we should be focused on what do I need and what will fulfill me. We all should be on the spiritual journey of remembering who we are.
Zoey way to go! Question where did you get that incense holder? Keep sharing love your journey! I see bright white around your aura more new things to come new chapters in your life ahead.

So excited and happy for you moving to a more permament place in Canngu!❤️ I am in a similar situation as Ive been renting out AirBnBs in Canada since Ive been back and today was actually my first day back in Toronto! We hit up a Jays game, but beforehand I had to walk down to the harbour front to Sugar beach and check out the area that inspired me so much last year watching your channel ☺️ Im not sure where I will settle in TO but if you have any recommendations please let me know! I am seeing some cloud of energy/aura in your head and crown area. I think its with clearing and may be healing. its like more energy is landing to your body (grounding??). glad and little jealous too to see where you are going. I know it must not have been easy journey yet I would like to see the background work like you desiding and what is making you move from one chapter, closing it down and to new chapter. much love. we all in this together. I think comparison is a actually a thief of joy and its hard not to compare these days as we only see highlights mostly and we dont see thier process and struggles but we know and see our struggles. A lot of things are moving for and happening for me. its just when I am ready it will present itself. and getting ready is a huge part and foundational part.

Also wondering if you are mindful of protein intake when you do high intensity workout or just eat what you feel like? Even before I started going more plant based I struggled with getting protein in, or unsure of what I should be eating. I normally just walk or do yoga though so at the moment I’m not too concerned.
