I love what you said about how different emotions are "just visiting." What a great reminder. The world seems so heavy now, and I find myself sad a lot of the time. I'll work on reframing those emotions as just passing by for a visit and hope that helps. Thanks for sharing!
Zoey! I am Miku from Japan! I just want to say... You give off such amazing energy, and you are so authentic, and I love watching your videos! I've been watching your videos for a while because I'm thinking about trying living in Bali from April or so, so I really appreciate you sharing your experiences with us. I 'm so grateful and I'm sure you make a lot of people feel happy just by being you and sharing your life! Thank you 💓
A place I suggest you to visit One day is Nilambe meditation centre in Sri Lanka (Close to the town Kandy), very nice place for staying some time. But they don't have wi-fi or electricity. But nice for recharging and relaxing. Many backpackers who like meditation There😉👍
Such a good vlog Zoey❣️ Definitely going to read that book! What I loved about this vlog was the reinforcement of staying with our emotions, trusting that they are there for a reason, and ultimately recognizing them as tools for our growth. I think it was Rumi who said to treat emotions like “welcome visitors.” Sorry Blair left Bali :( but the flip side is how lucky you were to have had a caring fun friend to ease your transition into the flow there 💕….. but yeah, I totally get the sadness. Love you, Yahn ❤️ 😘 😘
Hi Zoey! You are an Incredible person so determined/discipline/honest. Best wishes for the new Adventures in Bali, I am sure many blessings are coming your way. Regards from INDIA 🙏
Wow...you're glowing, your skin looks natural shinnin. I tried the papaya leaf before and yes it's bitter. Another amazing video. Thank you for sharing.
Always so sad to say goodbye to people 🙁 thank you for reminding that the only way to deal with emotions however way they show up is to go through them ♥️♥️ sending you lots of positive energy 🥰
Hi Zoey! I would love to know what do you eat before starting the fast and how to you break it (first fruit, after that a soup, and after... ? ) . I want to do a fast myself so I would love to know It!🤍 I love the sincerity and the spirituality that you bring in your videos💜💜💜 love from Canary Island beautiful🥰😘😘
Hi Zoey! The juice fast seems like such a great idea 😀 Thank you! You are inspiration and unstoppable! 💪 The last book I read super fast was “Beauty in the Breakdown” ❤️ I didnt read it quite in one day (It was two days ) But, it totally pulled me in and any time I put it down for bit, I couldnt wait to read more again quickly ☺️ Much love always! Cheers! Xo
Hi Zoey. Your time in Bali is fascinating. I also learned that I had to be true to who I am. The only time I'd ever gotten sick when I was in the ashram in India was when I decided to be Miss austere. Well, as soon as I went back to being the real me, wearing beautiful saris, jewelry and makeup I got well. I was well for the rest of my stay there of 2 years. The world wants to know....what kind of pizza would you order there? Love you, Lynn
Crying is so good for us😎 I used to cry a lot in my first vipassana course in Sri Lanka. So maybe I Will try fasting, you have some good advice on how to deal with the stuffs coming Up (ie cravings etc).
You may experience feelings of sadness at times (who doesn't by the way!) but you are a courageous being capable of facing your own emotions and a mature one who's able to overcome those very stirring feelings you've been enduring, so a positive outlook overall don't you think? 😊 Happy to know magnifica Italia 🇮🇹 has not been forgotten! 🌝🌊 Whish you some positive, reassuring vibes to come 🍀
Zoe, you live in a beautiful country with a wonderful culture. Of course, you will miss Blair. However, you live a stress- free lifestyle. I live in a chaotic place in New York City and I feel more alone in a vastly populated area than let's say being in the country with less people.
I think that's really subjective... I personally would prefer being in a city (and close to those I love) any day. There's no paradise on earth unfortunately.
I’ve always known that where I went and what I saw and felt was real, I’ve been looking for key details to what I saw since 2019 and haven’t been real successful until I felt guided to watch your video. And when you brought up things that I never thought I would hear someone else say , I started feeling perplexed and looked at my husband and started crying and he looked at me in shock because he’s heard my experience several times. I’m still in awe.

It’s amazing how much self-awareness fasting can bring! ❤️
