It is a great top notch neighborhood. The only potential con I can think of is you may have to pay a metro tax living there, but I'm not a 100% sure on that one. Another very minor con would be that they recently closed the Harris Teeter grocery store that was right there. Now you just have to drive to Brambleton Town Center to get your groceries. Which is only like 3 minutes aways. Very minor con lol.
Nah that's everywhere. Florida is terrible. Georgia got people moving in from NYC, Jersey, Chicago and California moving because of the movie industry, warehouse businesses and Atlanta is awful. California is awful.
